Surprising Invincible Enemies on Social Media

Will Smith quote

Will Smith

The internet or social media is the right place as a groundbreaking interactive marketplace and also an essential tool for people to access information and services, right?

By the influence of social media, we can now see the world through our windows and enjoy effective and quick communication if the one lives thousands of kilometres away, but alongside its many valuable resources, social media is occupied by an invincible brood of vipers whose aim is to make sure that you never reach the top, hateful content, offensive materials, black hearts and treacherous people known as 'social media friends'.

Frankly speaking, I wasn’t aware that social media has its dark sides until I started writing. In a society where ‘birds of the same feathers flock together', you are not accepted if you look different. If that group are saying that the ‘blue’ colour is 'black', you need to agree with them to stay in the group.

Jesus said, “The truth shall set you free,” but in this present generation, the truth will give you many worries and discomfort and create a lot of enemies for you.

I have said over and over that I may live in Europe for many years, but holding a European passport doesn’t change my way of thinking, culture, and identity. I am a hundred percent true-born African and proud to be an African.

Since I’m an African, my writings will reflect on my culture and issues affecting the African continent, which many European and American journalists will not do.

This is what many have failed to realise. Thus, writing the truth about Aids and Ebola shouldn’t generate hatred, because I’m an African, not European or American.

There are hundreds of scientists in this world who are aware that the viruses of AIDS and Ebola are biologically prepared as bioweapons and tested on Africans by the Americans, yet only one scientist, the Dutch Johan Van Dongen, revealed the truth, and it cost him dearly.

After losing his job as a lecturer at the University of Maastricht, he became an enemy, and his profile was deleted from the social media site 'LinkedIn'.

European and American journalists write distasteful and degrading articles about Africa, yet when an African writer reveals their weaknesses, corruption, inefficiency, racism, hypocrisy, and their devilish plans against Africa, then everyone becomes angry.

Thousands of Europeans and Americans commit suicide daily. If an African writer suggests Europeans and Americans should learn from Africa how they have survived persecutions and diseases long before the white man’s medicine was discovered, then everyone is angry.

Recently, in United Voice News Magazine, a journalist wrote, ‘9 Out Of 10 Americans Would Perish Without Power For Over A Year If ISIS strikes.’

I pointed out that this is a total disgrace to Americans if they depend on electric current to survive, knowing that there are thousands of villagers in Africa who have never enjoyed light before since they were born, yet they are the healthiest and happiest people on earth.

From school, they learn, read, and write with the help of only kerosene lanterns. I’m back in what I have repeated over a hundred times. Are Africans tougher and stronger than Europeans and Americans?

When it comes to issues about Africa, only a few people are interested, but learning something from Africa, regarding survival and discipline in schools, will be beneficial to Europeans and Americans if they put pride behind them.

Frankly speaking, without any ammunition, guns, or war tanks, Africa would defeat Europe and America if they stood toe-to-toe in a physical fight, because Africans are physically strong.

Africans don’t need the power to live or survive. They already had a long life span without electricity before the vaccine against malaria was discovered and before they were hit by medical crime at the hands of Europe and America.

Africa needs support, healing, and development, not underdevelopment and depopulation, because that rejected continent will one day be a haven for Europeans and Americans. What will prompt them to flee hasn't come yet.

Online Dating: The good, the bad, and the hidden dangers behind modern digital romance

Life can be boring sometimes. Frustration, depression, loneliness, and anxiety are some of the problems that have taken their toll on many people today, forcing them to use ‘dating sites', hoping that’s the right place to find the love and happiness they are looking for.

The internet has enabled us to see the world through the window, facilitating business, creating easy communication, and making friends easily throughout the globe. But the question is: Are ‘dating sites' actually the right place for someone to look for his or her dream partner?

Frankly speaking, dating sites harbor all kinds of dangers that many ignore or don’t see because they are simply following their heart's desire.

I don’t see the distance between two people dating as one of the disadvantages of online dating if one person lives in Canada and the other lives in England, but the dangers of falling into the wrong hands, which have prematurely ended the lives of many and added names of missing people to the missing persons list.

While on a ‘dating site', you aim to find a lover, but the man on the other side doesn’t want love; he wants to harm or kill you. How will you know? This is the reason many who answer online dating mysteriously disappear without any trace.

This makes ‘dating sites' or ‘blind dates' more dangerous than imagined. Once in Amsterdam, I contacted a lady who wanted a non-smoker.

We made an appointment at the central train station, asking me to be at a very famous point that everyone knew. She was late. I watched the time, and I realized it was over ten minutes.

Then, after fifteen minutes, I saw a pretty woman smiling at me. She was gorgeous. Her tall, slim figure was the exact choice of a woman I was looking for.

“Are you Joe?” She asked, and I nodded. I have been here already, but spying on you to see if you are a handsome man. I really hate ugly and shabbily dressed men.” She said. “What a bad woman!

Is that what men or women do to each other on a blind date?” I asked in my mind. Now I know the reason many dates end in disappointment. They came and probably saw the person as unattractive and quietly sneaked away?

Who will be happy when treated like that? In fact, the statement she made ruined my day. After eating and a walk through the city, I didn’t request a second date. That’s how we lost contact.

There is nothing wrong with doing online dating, but be extremely careful, because what you are looking for might be completely different from what the person you are communicating with wants.

Some recommended steps can keep one far from loneliness and depression. Reading interesting books as a hobby can capture your imagination to avoid depression and loneliness.

If you love to stay at home, please cultivate the habit of taking a walk through the gardens, doing window shopping, and joining social clubs. Going to the gym to exercise once or twice a week not only keeps you fit but also psychologically healthy.

Who knows, you will meet the right person in those places? You may have a hidden talent, but you don’t know. Find out what you are very good at, follow it, and start blogging to create your happiness.

After Facebook comes Fucbook, what’s next for online dating scams

An image of lovers

The weakness of Adam, to resist the temptation to eat the forbidden fruit, after being lured by Eve, according to the Bible, is now what dating sites dwell on, using women as bait, to make thousands of dollars from men worldwide.

All over the internet, dating websites are springing up like mushrooms in the bush. They are extremely intelligent in how to let the men, those I will call the weak ones, succumb to their knees by displaying the most beautiful ladies at the sites as bait.

You will see on dating websites, "Hundred per cent free."
Absolutely, register now." Before the end of the registration, you will be confronted with the request of methods of payment, ranging from Visa to PayPal. Here, an intelligent man should know immediately that this is a money-making website, yet many ignore it.

For some time now, I have been receiving e-mail messages from a dating website calling itself 'Fucbook'. Obviously, this site was built from a stolen idea of 'Facebook', the social network. The advert reads:

"There are MILLIONS of horny women (women) waiting to have sex. These women are easily searchable and available in your area. We can make it any easier to get laid every day of the week." Finally, they concluded with, "Join FUCBOOK right now for free and tap into unlimited SEX, no matter where you live.

The question is, when is a man going to show the world that he is not weak and stupid, as everyone thinks, to prevent the building of these scams and fraudulent dating sites? Surely, I know that I can 'face a book', because of my thirst for wisdom; unfortunately, I can't 'fuck a book', because I don't know how to do that.
