In 2019, 770 thousand people died in the world due to HIV, while at the end of 2018 at least 38 million people worldwide lived with HIV.

Researchers from the Barcelona-based IrsiCaixa AIDS Research Institute confirmed the healing of a patient with HIV. It is the second patient in the world ever cured of the virus that leads to immunodeficiency syndrome acquired after a first occurrence in Berlin.

After undergoing a stem cell transplant, the patient has to take antiretroviral drugs and 29 months later there is no trace of the virus in the so-called "London patient."

The study was published by the journal "The Lancet HIV", coinciding with the news that another patient in Dusseldorf is said to become the third case in the history of HIV healing according to scientists.

The mortality caused by AIDS continues to be very high, demonstrating that the fight against HIV is by no means over. This is what the data from Unaids, the United Nations program against HIV / AIDS says.

Until a few years ago the institutions had great difficulty convincing the population about the importance of healthier lifestyles but today things seem to have improved significantly.

The major health and wellness sites in the world continue to conquer millions of views. This is the most tangible proof of a widespread and renewed interest in "healthcare and wellness."

Both from PCs and mobile devices, an ever-increasing number of people are looking for solutions to live better and longer, this has encouraged the building of thousands of healthcare websites.

The subjects on health sites globally have different information about health issues but all of them have one goal to promote good health and give advice on how to live healthy lifestyles.

For a number of years now, one of the active websites that offers several services to consumers, businesses, marketers, industries, and  companies around the globe is 'Feedspot.'
