Why the ICC must confront Crimes Against Humanity by powerful nations

The International Criminal Court was created to defend humanity, protect the vulnerable, and hold the powerful accountable. Yet many observers argue that the ICC has not lived up to this mission.

The court has been vocal and decisive when addressing alleged crimes in developing nations, especially in Africa, but noticeably silent when similar or worse actions are carried out by powerful states. This imbalance has raised serious questions about fairness, credibility, and the true purpose of international justice.

 

Critics often point out that when developing countries face internal conflict, political instability, or leadership failures, the ICC is quick to issue statements, open investigations, or pursue indictments.

 

However, when powerful nations engage in military interventions, support oppressive regimes, or implement policies that lead to mass suffering, the response is far more restrained. 

These actions, when they cause displacement, civilian deaths, environmental destruction, or long‑term instability, are rarely labeled as crimes against humanity, even though the consequences are devastating.

 

This selective approach has created a painful contradiction. If a developing nation commits an act that harms its people, it is condemned as a violation of international law.

However, when a wealthy or influential country engages in similar conduct, it is often framed as “foreign policy,” “national security,” or “strategic interest.” The victims are the same. The suffering is the same. Yet the accountability is not there.

 

Many journalists, writers, and human rights advocates have highlighted this double standard. They argue that the ICC’s silence toward powerful nations undermines its legitimacy and weakens global trust in the idea of universal justice. 

When the world sees that some countries are shielded from scrutiny while others are targeted aggressively, it becomes difficult to believe that the court operates independently of political influence.

 

This imbalance also sends a dangerous message to developing nations. It suggests that international justice is not truly universal, but conditional applied to the weak and avoided with the strong. Instead of setting a moral example for the world, the ICC risks reinforcing the very inequalities it was created to challenge.

 

If the ICC is to fulfill its founding purpose, it must confront crimes against humanity wherever they occur, regardless of the nation responsible. Developed countries must not be treated as exceptions. Their actions shape global politics, influence conflicts, and affect millions of lives. When they commit or support actions that lead to mass suffering, the world deserves accountability, not silence.

 

The ICC has an opportunity to restore faith in international justice. It can demonstrate that no nation is above the law and that human dignity is not determined by geography or economic power. 

To achieve this, the court must begin speaking openly and firmly against crimes committed by powerful states. Only then can it set the example that developing nations are expected to follow. Justice must be universal, or it is not justice at all.

 

The promise of justice that doesn’t exist

 

Everyone deserves justice, which is fundamentally about fairness and equal treatment; however, many people are denied this fundamental right.

 

Hundreds of groups worldwide are actively involved in the struggle for justice, tackling structural injustices in different fields, including human rights, criminal justice reform, racial justice, and environmental protection.

 

However, because structural injustices and institutional defects make it difficult for justice to be realized, the promise of justice frequently seems unfulfilled, despite legal ideals like "equal justice under law" being embodied in national symbols and oaths. Millions of people lack genuine access to the legal system, particularly in civil matters today.

 

Groups like Amnesty International and the International Commission of Jurists work to expose injustices and pressure governments to act, particularly in cases of grave human rights violations such as genocide and crimes against humanity, yet the world is becoming more dangerous.

 

In the United States, organizations supported by Stand Together invest in initiatives aimed at ensuring equal justice under the law, promoting community policing, and reforming the criminal justice system through research and policy development, yet many people are denied justice.

 

As people push for greater involvement in decisions affecting their lives, peaceful demonstrators, journalists, human rights defenders, the underprivileged, defenseless individuals, and civil society groups are increasingly targeted.

 

Similar to the biblical quote "the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few," it appears that international law and adjudication are frequently insufficient to rectify widespread injustices, particularly when violence increases and legal channels become unavailable.

 

In reality, the lack of justice shows up as rifts in society, as Isaiah and other prophetic voices have bemoaned the lack of justice and the authorities' inability to enforce it, pointing out that peace can’t exist in the absence of justice.

 

Therefore, fighting for justice involves more than just combating systemic injustice; it also involves protecting the freedom to organize and speak out against it. This disparity highlights a significant gap between the promise and reality of justice, where rights exist in theory but are now only a pipe dream.

 

Even while the legal system appears to be effective, when enforcement is biased and affected by wealth, power, or convenience, it can turn into a performative gesture rather than a legitimate arbiter of justice. According to this viewpoint, the mere observation of injustice necessitates a standard of justice that surpasses the defective structures we design.

 

Similarly, Martin Luther King Jr. emphasized the inextricable link between justice and peace, stating, "There can be no justice without peace. And there can be no peace without justice.” However, despite such calls, many communities continue to experience systemic oppression and injustices faced by Native Americans, Blacks, and Hispanics.

 

Since the promise of justice is still unfulfilled, it will continue to elude the poor, other races, and the defenseless. However, regardless of the circumstances, Jesus’ love will be our comfort, hoping "We shall overcome someday."

Dear readers, a couple of weeks ago, “Secrets Of HIV-AIDS and Ebola Facts Journal,” a blog that for five years has become one of the best health blogs in the world due to the accuracy and genuine content, was deliberately destroyed to cover up chronic medical crimes against humanity.

 

The world has gradually become unsafe for lives, as crimes are committed daily with impunity, not by criminals but by so-called politicians, pharmaceutical companies, and rich individuals, interested in reducing the world’s population but targeting a particular race for decades in both Africa and the USA.

 

It is our responsibility to fight against crime; the reason governments put terrorists and other criminals destroying the world behind bars. However, no law says writing a genuine health article is a crime.

 

Thus, the important question is why have the authorities declared war on genuine health writers, destroying genuine health blogs and reducing the visibility of genuine health blogs in search engines?

 

Does it mean that actually they did or are doing what we are writing about, therefore, the need to destroy our genuine health blog and to cover up their crimes against humanity is necessary?

 

The judges, the police, and the so-called International Criminal Court (ICC, in The Hague, The Netherlands) are playing their roles in making this world a ‘better’ place.

 

We are also playing our roles in making this world a better place by writing genuine health articles; therefore, if no one is ready to give us applause, then it’s a shame to support, abet, and aid crimes against humanity, in whatever form, in any society.

There is an invincible war that should have been a genuine war to heal the world by fighting against crimes against humanity, that continues to take its toll on communities and people around the world today.

Unfortunately, that's not happening, in fact, what the whole world is experiencing today is the fight against the truth to establish evil as a means of rulership in this world. When we were children we were punished for the wrong we did, yet today, many children have grown up to be political monsters and assassins.

Authorities are now targetting both genuine health writers and health blogs because authentic genuine health articles are threats to them. They have lied and committed so many crimes against humanity that they feel threatened.

They think the best way to solve this problem is to declare war on genuine health writers and destroy their health blogs. To destroy a health blog over five years is a stupid thing to do because the traces of its links are still available.

This is enough to let people around the world know that there is something sinister going on against humanity and the authorities, the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, and politicians don't want them to know. That's how people start to plot evil things in mind against authorities.

Those who have power use them against the vulnerable people who have no means to protect themselves. They do it because the victim can't do anything about it, however, in this life, whatever evil a man sows, the same he shall reap. 

Since I was born, I have never heard that someone planted an apple and reaped oranges. Whatever evil you sow or do against someone, you may feel very happy about it but before you leave this violent and corrupt world to your grave, you'll get your reward.

The world is rapidly changing, therefore, this is the time for people that have pleasure for wickedness to think carefully. When someone becomes a victim of oppression or when the fundamental human rights of people are abused. When it reaches a point they can't take anymore, they will explode.

When that explosion occurs, nothing can save humanity. The white man will bring his cannon and sophisticated modern guns to arrest the situation, yet the force of the angry people will crush the force of the government. 

Therefore, this is the time governments need to be careful because people are fed up and angry in their homes. The power that you are using today to victimize others, will be in the hands of others, tomorrow, and you will suffer the same fate.

Nobody is born to be a criminal, drug addict, terrorist, or serial killer, there is certain psychological torture which probably they were exposed to from childhood, which leads them to be different people living in society committing heinous crimes.

So world leaders, politicians, every organization and company, abetting, aiding, and supporting crimes against humanity, be very careful. Because when your night turns to broad daylight, you'll be exposed to millions around the world.

That time, there is nothing you can do to regain your integrity, your reputation will be ruined forever. No one fights the truth to be successful in life, the same way, darkness can't conquer the bright sunlight.

I pronounced a curse on Google, American, and Belgian politicians, that for decades have committed serious medical crimes, such as Aids, Ebola, Nodding disease, etc, against humanity and continue to deceive the world today that bats, primates, monkeys, bush meat, etc, are responsible.

That curse has already taken place, one of the reasons Google destroyed that blog, hoping that curse will break. But it won't, that's just the beginning and it remains infinite.

It's a disgrace that in today's world, we have political terrorists and assassins, that called themselves politicians. It's a disgrace that in America today, we have so-called pastors and prophets, yet can't speak against the horrible crimes the US government commits against humanity.

Above all, it's a disgrace that Google can fight against genuine health writers and destroy their health blogs because the search engine company doesn't like to be exposed for receiving billions of dollars from the US government, Belgium government, CDC, pharmaceutical companies, and Bill Gates, who directly feed false health information on their blogs and Google ranked them high in its search engine.

Committing crimes against humanity and now persecuting those that stand for the truth have now been institutionalized as a common thing with impunity. God will judge all of you. 

The curses that will follow everyone that attributed to the destroying of the health blog 'Secrets of Aids and Ebola Facts Journal,' shall also be inherited by your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and together you will understand what real suffering and hallucination are.

POLITICS AND UPPER CLASS CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

 

Politicians, health institutions, and rich people are involved in today's crimes against humanity.

Many attribute crimes in society and against humanity to poverty, unemployment, and the lack of education. However, many educated people, including politicians, members of the royal family, upper-class people in society, reputable health institutions, and companies, are behind horrendous crimes against humanity today.

The lifestyle of politicians and members of royal families can be envied. They travel around the world and attend social gatherings. And dress in modern, wealthy outfits, yet many are miserable like a church mouse. 

Some become alcoholic and depressed because they champion false causes under a pretense. They lie about everything, including diseases and biological weapons against humanity.

The status of a politician, member of a royal family, or rich person doesn’t make them special; in fact, history reveals the crimes the United States, Belgium, Holland, France, Germany, and health institutions, such as the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control, have committed against humanity.

Terrorism is considered a very serious crime by any government. Belgium, the United States of America, and several other countries have people they consider dangerous terrorists behind bars. 

They claim they want to make this world safe, yet it’s shocking if you analyze the crimes the same governments have committed against humanity with impunity, and they think it's appropriate to declare war on those who write the truth.

Wealthy heirs, respected members of royal families, politicians, and successful businessmen act like real criminals, supporting and committing crimes both politically and medically against humanity, while they desperately try to shift the attention of the general public to false causes or origins of those crimes.

I don’t know who to share my grief with; for decades, I haven’t committed any crime in the country where I live. I am just a common African writer not interested in crimes, yet the fears of being exposed have propelled certain social media, politicians, and the Google search engine company to treat me like a criminal because of the truth I write.

You politicians, health institutions, journalists, Google, etc, all of you claim to play a role in fighting crimes against humanity, but why do you oppress me for writing the truth as my part in fighting against crimes in society? It doesn’t make sense. 

You can’t tell the world you are fighting against crime while you suppress information and oppress people who write the truth because you are part of the culprits. That is pure hypocrisy. That’s why today, I don’t have respect for any politician or Google because they are all criminals. 

There are too many crimes today, but the disturbing part is that the politicians, rich people, and health institutions are involved. 

They kill innocent people with biological weapons of AIDS and Ebola, yet you try to force people to believe that primates, bats, poverty, bushmeat, etc., are responsible. 

Google now controls what I write by either reducing our blogs' visibility in search engines or blocking the access of our readers on social media to reach what we write. This is a crime, but the management considers it normal.

The punishment for your lies, deception, and crimes is the result of the coronavirus today. Many were hoping Africa would not be spared by the coronavirus, but not this time. 

Africa has suffered enough from deliberate disease infections, including Aids, nodding disease, and Ebola; therefore, God says enough is enough.

Those harassing me, trying to bury our blogs, reducing the visibility of our blogs in search engines, and diverting our articles to 404 errors because of the truth must continue to do so. Whatever goes around, comes around. When their time comes, we shall read about their disgrace as it unfolds.

You can be rich, but you will never be happy because you are causing suffering to others that they don’t deserve. 

Once you know of the crimes that politicians, the upper class, health institutions, and companies commit, it's really difficult to have respect for them. That's why today, I have lost respect for Google. Website owners can worship the search engine company; I will worship God. 

Nobody can oppress me, force me to join a gang of wolves in sheep’s clothing, or stop me from writing about your clandestine crimes against humanity because my glory resides in the truth.

The Chronic Mistrust Evolving Around Vaccination For Decades

The emergence of viruses can come anytime, either by mistake or on purpose, but the important issue of concern is always the request by health institutions and governments to vaccinate against infection or the spread of the disease.

 

Requesting people to vaccinate against infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, shouldn’t have been a very big or disturbing problem, but it is because the world of vaccines is never clean, transparent, and honest. Pharmaceutical companies are greedy and corrupt.

 

There have been so many crimes associated with diseases and vaccinations. It may be likely that the disease is man-made, yet the government wants to divert the victims’ attention to a false origin or the vaccine to arrest the disease is contaminated.

 

Whether such crimes take place in the third world or not, there are people that believe the same crime can be repeated in the developed world too. This is one of the reasons it is not very easy at the moment to convince people to take vaccines against diseases or viruses.

 

Do we have to blame people who are not interested in vaccination or the governments and health institutions? There are several pieces of evidence linking governments and health institutions to the crimes against humanity, but an apology is seldom.

 

Yes, health institutions and governments involved in medical crimes against humanity never apologize to the public or victims. Now they want everyone to vaccinate against COVID-19, yet they know that people can’t be easily persuaded to get the vaccination.

So, to make it compulsory, they are telling us today in a publication that “The EU is officially welcoming vaccinated travelers in summer 2021.” That means without the vaccination, you can’t travel to any European country to enjoy summer.

 

Black history is much more bitter than quinine, and being a Black man aware of so many medical crimes involving biological weapons and vaccine contamination, we need to think twice before taking any vaccine into the body or not. 

Yet, the system says if we don’t do it, we can’t travel. Well, we shall do it and see what happens. Already, there are publications about the side effects of some of these vaccines, but it is more important to governments to vaccinate.

The mass refusal of people not interested in the COVID-19 vaccine should be a lesson to health institutions, pharmaceutical companies, governments, and politicians because it tells them their clandestine crimes outside the window don't allow people to trust them any longer.

 "Those who decapitate the heads of people fear to sleep." Because they fear the same thing could happen to them. This Ghanaian proverb reveals how those who often commit crimes against humanity will do whatever is necessary to clean up their tracks to avoid being caught.

However, when it comes to crimes against humanity, what often comes to the mind of people are rapists, child molesters, abusers, serial killers, terrorists, and several other criminals. Unfortunately, we look in the wrong direction, taking those above-mentioned as hardened criminals.

Without a slight idea, many don't even know about the clandestine crimes, politicians, governments, pharmaceutical companies, rich individuals, the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, the FBI, CIA, etc., commit against humanity.

Each day, judges put criminals behind bars indefinitely, while some are sent to the gallows, yet the crimes, governments commit against humanity, which they call 'policies,' have brought untold suffering to mankind today.

In today’s world, if you are not interested in a crime, they call you a ‘dangerous person’. Governments, politicians, and search engine companies are no longer interested in the truth; actually, they fight the truth and psychologically oppress people who speak the truth.

That is the kind of world we live in today, yet those politicians and governments want to tell us that they are protecting us against terrorism and crime. How can criminals protect someone from being a victim of a crime?

It doesn't work that way; if it worked, the coronavirus wouldn't have devastated mankind in such a manner. Only a few journalists could write what we publish because, like the politicians and governments, they aid and support the crimes by writing false articles.

This blog, "Juskosave's Ghana Crowdsourcing News," was established in 2005. It has over 600 articles, yet it is not easy to find a single URL of an article on Google's search engine or other search engines because the truthful articles on the blog are considered a threat to the US government, politicians, the WHO, CDC, and Google.

The same thing applies to our second blog, "SECRETS OF HIV-AIDS AND EBOLA FACTS JOURNAL." When the blog was launched, it instantly became the readers' choice for the right source for health information. We could get even more than 10,000 reads per day, sometimes.

Then, suddenly, the US government, together with Google, the World Health Organization, and the Centers for Disease Control, started to panic, because our blogs had become famous.

We have been completely taken out of search engines, yet governments and Google are not satisfied. The little reads we get from social media are being blocked, and daily, we experience illegal activities and manipulations on our blogs.

Why can't they leave us alone if what we write is not accurate? They are scared because they know we are speaking the truth, which reason they have declared invincible wars on our two blogs.

It will be recalled that after this publication, KIM JONG Nam's DEATH DEMONSTRATES HOW BIO-WEAPON kill, we became the " first health blog in the world to publish that Kim Jong Nam was killed by VX gas before the Malaysian government announced. 

If one lives in a glasshouse, you don't have to throw stones, and if you can't take a blow, please, don't fight. Therefore, those fighting us just because of the truth and trying to bury our blogs must fight the crimes instead. Nobody can fight the truth, YOU CAN KILL A JOURNALIST BUT YOU CAN'T KILL THE TRUTH.

There is a time for everything. For decades, almost all European countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Germany, etc., have continued to support the biological weapon crimes of the US government in Africa.

They claim primates, monkeys, bushmeat, poverty, and illiteracy are responsible for the spread of HIV, nodding disease, Aids, Ebola, and other man-made diseases in Africa until they were ferociously attacked by the coronavirus. 

In the bible that the oath they swear each time before the appointment is the 'Golden Rule,' "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets."

But they never obey this golden rule because of greed and the obsession with reducing the world's population. Nemesis will always find its way to deal ruthlessly with those who mock the bible and commit evil against humanity. 

The role of the media in aiding and abetting crimes against humanity

The lies and deceptions on health issues by the mainstream media are responsible for today's coronavirus pandemic

The amazing impact of technology has made it possible today to see the world very close to us through our windows, so is the media giving us events of the world in just a matter of seconds. 

However, we may think the media is sincere and, therefore, we need to depend on them. Unfortunately, we are making a very big mistake because what they don't tell us is actually what is rapidly destroying humanity. The media is as cunning and deceptive as politicians.

All the media, including the BBC, CNN, FOX News, etc, have slogans to catch readers and listener's attention, wanting us to believe that they are the best news source the world must depend on when it comes to the right information, sincerity, integrity, and accountability but they are very far from what they want people worldwide to know.

Being an African writer, fortunate enough to live in Europe, has given me the access to investigate how corrupt and deceptive the European and American media are when it comes to issues pertaining to diseases in Africa. The media are cold-blooded killers.

It is in Europe, I discovered, many of the media houses pay their journalists to write false health articles about certain diseases such as HIV, Aids, Lassa fever, nodding disease, tuberculosis, Kaposi's sarcoma, and the sporadic Ebola occurrences in Africa. This is a serious crime against humanity.

We have published many false health articles about man-made diseases in Africa, that the media want the world to believe that those diseases were either caused by poverty, spread by unprotected sex, primates, monkeys, bats, etc, which all are never true.

The media, including CNN, claim they have qualified health journalists but none of them have ever spoken the truth or given the right information to the general public about laboratory-created diseases to reduce the population of the world.

You will actually know how dangerous these media are if you take into consideration, their efforts in covering up crimes by rich individuals such as Bill Gates and notable health institutions such as the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control.

Every government is talking about the impact of crime on society which results have taken its destructive toll on mankind today, yet many governments are behind serious clandestine crimes they call policies. 

Murderers are sent to the gallows and some of them are jailed for life, yet the same government destroys humanity or kills innocent people with a biological weapon or man-made diseases, such as HIV, Aids, Ebola, Lassa fever and nodding syndrome, and call the latter 'Strange disease.'

In today’s world, if you are not interested in a crime, they call you a ‘dangerous person’. Google has completely buried our blogs because I am not ready to join the empire of deceitful liars to write that bats are responsible for Ebola in Africa.

Just recently, I caught red-handed a German journalist, Silja Fröhlich, working for a reputable German Newspaper,  DW.com (Deutsche Welle), paid to write a false article about Ebola in the newspaper. According to the deceptive German journalist, “Could Africa's taste for bushmeat trigger the next pandemic? “

I confronted her with this article: Silja Fröhlich, If You Can’t Write The truth About The Origin Of African Diseases, Then Stop Writing False Articles. How can the world be a better place with these kinds of lies and deceptive articles over crimes against humanity?

If writing the truth is now a crime to governments and search engine companies to punish and torment one psychologically, I will prefer to suffer for the truth than becoming a chronic liar for my website to appear in search engines.  

If people derive happiness and comfort in lies and deceptions, I will not be a victim of bullying, oppression, and blog manipulation, which means they are suffering. The reason my blog is buried but no one can bury the truth.

I have a message for those fighting against the truth to let lies reign in this world. I will continue to write the truth even if only one person reads what I write. They can continue to defend lies and deception for money, I will continue to write the truth to be poor.

Today their lies and deception have brought unprepared coronavirus suffering to mankind today. There is a time for everything and when the right time comes, no matter how rich they are, money is not going to save them. The disgrace which will meet them will be infinite.

On March 13, I received a message from one of my readers telling me this: “Hi Joel, I want to inform you about the fact that I was shocked when I opened your page this morning. The screen was blocked by the advertisement you can see on the screenshot I made. I want to let you know....”

 

Of course, we know what is going on. I have been receiving this report daily from numerous readers that believe in what we write. A lot of readers worldwide, including those in Africa, are denied access to reading the true medical information we provide on our blogs.

 

Readers in Africa and other places throughout Europe try to open an article on my blog, and immediately, they are directed to an advertisement without reading the article. Every effort to read the articles is blocked. How long can this go on? Why are they afraid if they haven’t committed any crime against humanity?

 

The World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the US government, and some corrupt search engine companies are running away from the crimes they have aided, supported, and abetted against humanity, yet nobody is after them.

 

I find it very interesting that the aforementioned institutions that often want the world to trust them are indeed criminals and afraid of a common African writer they consider a threat to expose them.

 

Let them continue to block my articles so that readers may not see them. Let them continue adding dead codes to the HTML of our blogs so that the page may not open fast for the readers to read. Let them continue to do whatever they can because while they commit such crimes because of the truth, their clandestine actions are also being revealed to the general public that believes in what we write.

 

If the readers don’t believe in me or the articles we write about the clandestine crimes by rich people, politicians, wealthy institutions, and governments, they will never tell us any time their access to reading articles is denied.

 

The world is rapidly changing more than ever because it’s an era in which governments are reaping the evil they have planted or crimes they have committed against humanity by rich people that determine who to live and die. It's also an era of warning people not to trust wealthy health institutions and heads of churches.

 

More people will die, and many more will suffer because there is no more truth in this world. Clandestine crimes generate money, which is the reason why, despite people suffering and being killed by the coronavirus, pharmaceutical companies are making money out of their misery.

 

Just as Jesus said, many shall be prosecuted for the truth because those standing for the truth are rather considered dangerous people to society. The empire of deceitful criminals is those ruling this world today. This is the truth that I write; let search engines block them so that nobody can find them.

 

I will be the last man on this earth to give respect to rich people, especially politicians, because the majority are behind today’s calamities, atrocities, and crimes against humanity with impunity, while the judges put offenders with minor cases behind bars. What a wonderful world we are living in!

 

We have the FBI, an investigation team that wants the world to trust and believe them, but the whole investigative department breeds nothing other than corruption.

 

They destroy and kill innocent people with biological weapons, and they claim monkeys, bats, primates, bush meat, etc., are responsible. Today, all the foreign countries that conspired and supported the US to murder innocent victims have been severely attacked by the coronavirus.

 

This is enough to let you know that whatever evil a man sows, the same he shall reap. No matter how long a crime takes, you will definitely receive your punishment for it.

 

I will never regret it if I die today because I am proud of what I stood for, which many of you couldn't because of your lies, hypocrisy, and crimes against humanity.
