Nodding Syndrome, The Man-Made Disease, Deceptive Scientists Called A ‘Strange Disease’

Nodding syndrome virus

Nodding syndrome virus

Poverty causes misery, underdevelopment, crime, and can breed many diseases due to unhygienic conditions. However, apart from malaria that ravaged the continent for ages, certain diseases were intentionally inflicted on African populations, using the poverty situation as an opportunity.

Africa has been an unstable continent due to war, religion, and ethnic conflicts. The unrest published in many scientific publications was an opportunity for Western countries to experiment with toxic substances during peacekeeping.

Genetically engineered microorganisms and deliberate distribution of various man-made health hazards, such as aflatoxins and mycotoxins, were secretly used as bio-weapons. These secretions of fungi have a life-threatening and cancer-causing effect on all living creatures.

The military was particularly interested in these agents for biowarfare purposes during the Cold War and the existence of the Iron Curtain. These toxins have a very strong resistance-reducing effect, making the body susceptible to life-threatening viruses and bacteria.

People easily become ill, as a result of the use of these dangerous substances, leading to certain diseases, such as the Nodding Syndrome, which many Ugandans had in refugee camps.

Poor Conditions In Refugee Camp

Most of the affected children with nodding disease grew up in refugee camps. During the twenty years of war between the rebels of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) and the Ugandan government, they became refugees in their own country.

The government set up refugee camps where hygiene was poor, there was not enough to eat, and inmates were permanently in fear of armed attack.

A few years ago, the remaining camps were dissolved and the children, now aged between 5 and 15, returned to their villages. And shortly, the first cases of illness soon followed.

Families were hardly able to provide the help their children needed when affected by seizures. Accidents were frequent, as children injured themselves at open fires or fell into water and drowned. Some families have up to five children who are affected.

Similar symptoms were also observed in the early 1960s in children in a remote mountain region of Tanzania. Since 2003, there have also been cases in what is now South Sudan. However, the outbreak of the disease in northern Uganda is far worse.

Why Are Mostly Refugees Affected With Nodding Disease?

They likely had it through international aid, such as food, medication, and water, distributed by the World Food Program (WFP). Many of those organizations assisting troubled Africans used that as an opportunity to commit medical crimes.

As an investigating scientist Johan van Dongen), it is more interesting to mention this. Another evidence of how diseases were inflicted on persons through food and water is also mentioned in Dr. Wolff Geisler's book: 'Aids, Origins, Spread, and Healing.'

Medical staff in the region pointed out, of course, to chronic undernourishment of the refugees, as a result of toxic seeds that were eaten out of desperation, but the most likely source is the deliberate provision of contaminated medicine and food given to the refugees in the camps for biowarfare experiment. For example, America did that to Haitian boat people in refugee camps.

Apart from the deliberate poisoning by chemical and biological weapons, in addition, it is believed that river water was contaminated by the extraction of minerals or yellow rain sprayed by an airplane.

For investigative researchers like me and Dr. Wolff Geisler, these were promising new avenues to explore because they carried out tests which revealed, for example, that the children have very high levels of acids in their blood. And what about the official statement that was made that the children are suffering from a mysterious illness? What causes these high acid levels? Mycotoxins and aflatoxins?

But research team leader, David Lagoro Kitara, stated, "This nodding disease might be a result of either chronic malnutrition or they might have a metabolic problem," but he only parrots about the corrupt Ugandan Government, the World Health Organization, and the USA Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Of course, Gulu researchers have come up with an alternative. Generous helpings of milk and food supplements produced a swift improvement in the children's condition, which then stabilized. Based on this initial success, the researchers are hopeful that they can now find an effective cure. Yes, and the Nazis used radioactively contaminated milk for babies, Dr. Wolff Geisler has proved that too.

Whatever the merits and demerits of again reviewing the literature on Aflatoxin or Mycotoxin Fungi AF are, the review has a specific purpose that has not been thoroughly explored in the past. This is to look at the ravages that these toxins have caused in Africa, not only from an animal and human health point of view, but also from the economic consequences of having agricultural commodities contaminated with these toxins.

Although most countries of the world can be affected by AF, it is sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) that has suffered the most. This review reports on the early literature on mycotoxins affecting humans up to 1960, which is the time of the discovery of aflatoxin, and to our present knowledge, where this problem still persists with Aids, Ebola, and, for instance, “Nodding Disease.”

Professor Robert Colebunders of Antwerp University, Belgium

A Belgian professor and lead researcher on nodding syndrome, Robert Colebunders, had said, the disease is caused by black flies, validating separate Uganda government findings to be launched in Pader District.

"And precisely that we can connect with the findings on the same subject of one of the co-writers of our health blog, Secrets Of HIV-Aids and Ebola Facts Journal,'  Wolff Geisler, in his book: 'Aids Origin Spread and Healing,” because it is revealed that EIAV contaminated black flies were used to spread retroviruses."

Robert Colebunders of Antwerp University, Belgium, was asked in an interview in Kampala, “If it was 'conclusive' that bites of infected black flies, which cause river blindness, were responsible for nodding syndrome,” he replied: "Yes, it is clear that black flies, which also cause river blindness, are causing nodding syndrome."

But my dearest professor Colebunders? Amice? Do you know that within scientific publications and official reports, there are 58 brand new diseases described in Uganda and Tanzania since 1976, excluding those of animals? And what about an article in the Washington Post of July 7th, 1992, which reports the mass death of fish in Lake Victoria because of cancer?

Readers, friends, and Colebunders, are you there? What about the devastating publication in the prestigious Science Journal in 1994, which in 1978 reported a certain mysterious brain disease in about 20 percent of all lions in Tanzania? The lions developed mysterious brain disease because of the spread of mycotoxins into the air ending in Lake Victoria.

Another Belgian colleague of Colebunders is Professor Guido van der Groen, who once said that “Ebola was made in Fort Detrick, USA, and Belgian authorities gave permission to Hillary Koprowski to vaccinate millions of Africans with contaminated polio vaccines, causing Aids.”

A child suffering from nodding syndrome

A child suffering from nodding syndrome

This statement was made in an interview he gave with Humo, one of Belgium's leading news magazines, but years later changed his statement to avoid 'lynching.' At least he admits that Ebola was man-made, so my dear Robert, now it's your turn. Robert Colebunders and Robert Gallo, what's in a name?

My dear colleagues, amides, I will explain to you that children developed eating and cold-induced atonic seizures (with head nodding) and generalized seizures during periods of community displacement when food sources were unreliable and food quality was compromised.

For instance, the seed of Sorghum bicolor, an important food source during displacement, was collected in a region with Nodding Syndrome. Food loaded with mycotoxins is spread in the open air and eaten by innocent people! Toxins ended up in bacteria and parasites on food and also on the ground. Bacteria and mycotoxins in parasites are like Onchocerca volvulus and the black fly.

The seed extracts were subjected to a multi-mycotoxin LS-MS/MS assay for 87 analytes. Among other mycotoxins, beauvericin (BEA) was identified and confirmed by comparison with a standard using both multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) and enhanced production scans.

RACIAL RESEARCH AND EUGENICS GLOBAL DEPOPULATION PROGRAM

Hitler accredited eugenics in America as the most important factor influencing his policies on racial and hereditary science

Hitler credited eugenics in America as the most important factor influencing his policies on racial and hereditary science.

At least half of the world population has to die.

“Eugenics,” or “good genes,” was a science based on “social Darwinism,” or “survival of the fittest,” applied to humans. It was very popular with those who had most of the wealth and felt like they needed a scientific rationale for it to validate the great poverty and suffering that also would occur.

After 1900, Rockefeller, along with the Harriman family, the family that gave the Bush family its start, began to spend millions on “eugenics” research.

Some of the Rockefeller Foundation money went to a Swiss psychiatrist named Ernst Rudin. He later went on to head the German “Racial Hygiene Society,” a section of the new Nazi state. Rockefeller would also hire William Lyon Mackenzie King as a “Director of Industrial Research” for the Rockefeller Foundation shortly after he began the racist war on opium-smoking Chinese in Canada.

“Eugenics” soon evolved into “racial hygiene,” a term the Nazis used to scientifically justify their genocidal policies. Hitler was called the “physician of the German people,” who were “killing in the name of healing.”

One member of Davenport’s office would remark that Hitler “should be made (an) honorary member” of the ERO. (191) The ERO and Ernst Rudin, ex-Rockefeller employee and head of the German “Racial Hygiene Society,” worked together regularly.

Rockefeller’s racist writers were a hit. By the early 1930s, thirty states had passed compulsory sterilization laws that gave panels of “experts” the power to sterilize individuals who fell into such undesirable social categories as “sexual perverts,” “epileptics,” “drunkards,” and “drug fiends.” Hitler credited eugenics in America as the most important factor influencing his policies on racial and hereditary science.

At least half of the world population has to die.

Rockefeller’s Council on Foreign Relations recently published an article stating that the US population should be reduced to “about its size in the 1940s,” in other words, cut back by at least half.

It goes without saying that similar (if not more drastic) “cuts” are called for in the rest of the world. Most of their attention is with the “less developed” countries. Africa, of course... and you will not believe it... blacks in Atlanta...

Atlanta is often affectionately called the “Black Mecca” of the South, but the city has undergone a dramatic demographic shift over the past four decades. Black Atlanta is shrinking, and there are 20 major reasons, a “20-Point Plan,” that account for this depopulation. Many of them are detailed in a book entitled “The Black Metropolis in the Twenty-First Century” (2007).

The Center for the Study of Racism, Social Justice, and Health

The Center for the Study of Racism, Social Justice, and Health is dedicated to examining how and when racism affects health, providing tools to improve the rigor with which researchers study racism and health, and evaluating intervention strategies that most effectively address racism’s contributions to health inequities.

The Center is distinguished from other disparities-related research units at UCLA by its primary focus on the health implications of racism for diverse populations. Public health is both an academic and an applied discipline.

Therefore, the Center encourages the translation of research findings for use by public health professionals, community organizations, and policymakers in their ongoing health equity efforts.

Many Center affiliates are working to identify, investigate, and explain the specific mechanisms by which various forms of racism may produce local, national, or global health inequities.

Others are advancing critical racial theories or building community partnerships to guide their anti-racism and health equity work.

How does racism affect the physical and mental health of diverse populations? What tools are available to improve the rigor with which researchers study racism and its relationship to health inequities?

Which intervention strategies most effectively address racism’s contribution to specific health inequities? What are effective ways to teach public health students about racism?

As a journal writer for UCL of FSPH, Professor Chandra Ford writes about how study results may be influenced by conscious or unconscious assumptions.

How can public health researchers address racism? That’s the focus of a supplement to the latest issue of the journal Ethnicity & Disease, for which UCLA professor Chandra Ford served as a guest editor.

“Race is a social construct and not a biological attribute, but scientists continue to design studies that reinforce the notion that race and ethnicity are causes of health outcomes,” said Ford, an associate professor of community health sciences and the founding director of the Center for the Study of Racism, Social Justice & Health at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.

The journal supplement includes a collection of papers based on critical race theory, a concept developed more than three decades ago by legal scholars that illuminates the subtle ways racism matters in any situation.

“Critical race theory helps public health researchers avoid common pitfalls that pervade the field and limit the capacity to achieve equity,” Ford said.

These pitfalls include erroneously targeting biological or cultural characteristics of minorities as the root cause of the disease, thus missing the true cause and conflating the effects of racism with those of race or ethnicity and reinforcing racial or ethnic stereotypes.

For example,” Ford said, “a researcher might incorrectly jump to a conclusion that differences between white and Black people observed in a study are due to genetic factors, even if that researcher did not actually analyze their genetic backgrounds.

A paper by Ford and colleagues in the supplement examines the public health version of critical race theory, called “public health critical race praxis,” which she and Collins Airhihenbuwa, a professor of health management and policy at Georgia State University, coined in 2010. Scientists can use the praxis to minimize the risk of inserting racial bias into their research.

A team led by Ford applied the praxis to an ongoing study in which they are analyzing the type of care received by a group of people who were diagnosed with HIV between 2008 and 2012. All of the authors of the HIV research completed brief, confidential questionnaires asking what they believed the outcomes would be for the research questions they plan to answer, including any racial or ethnic patterns they expect to find.

The study of possible bias in HIV research is not complete, but Ford and her colleagues will compare the authors’ assumptions with the actual data the study produces to determine whether the authors’ biases could have affected the results.

For the ongoing study, Ford and her colleagues also plan to analyze whether the services HIV patients receive are affected by the race and ethnicity of the health care workers who are caring for them.

“These are just two examples of how public health critical race praxis can be applied to research,” Ford said. “This is not a formula, but a broad, standardized approach that researchers can use to draw attention to how racism can influence the empirical work that they do.”

Chandra Ford, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Community Health Sciences. Her areas of expertise include HIV/AIDS prevention and care; HIV testing among older adults; the social determinants of health/social epidemiology; conceptualizing and measuring racism, race, and ethnicity; Public Health Critical Race Praxis (PHCRP)/Critical Race Theory; and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) health disparities.

Dr. Ford earned her Ph.D. from the Gillings School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina. She completed postdoctoral fellowships in the Department of Social Medicine at the University of North Carolina and the Department of Epidemiology at Columbia University, where she was a W. K. Kellogg Foundation Kellogg Health Scholar. Ford has received several competitive awards. She currently is a Kaiser Permanente Chris Burch Leadership Awardee.

YOUR LIFE, HAPPINESS AND PURPOSE ON EARTH

Life becomes meaningless in times of crisis

Life becomes meaningless in times of crisis

Many times in life, we find ourselves wondering, what is the purpose of our existence on earth? Why do we have to get up in the morning? What is the real reason after disappointments, pain, hard life, sadness, and joy, we leave this world into our graves?

Is life actually a burden that makes it not worth existing in a world full of wickedness, diseases, depression, poverty, misery, and crime? Why are many rich and others very poor? Many people often ask this question, but do wealth, riches, and luxury bring happiness?

Today, in the era of consumerism, we are continually bombarded by what others used to influence people as real happiness: having a lot of money, a beautiful mansion, and a luxurious car or fleet of cars.

The fact that thousands of people believe that happiness actually lies in the possession of those materials enables them to make wrong choices to inflict pain on themselves.

It seems that it has become a real obsession, an obligation; almost everyone wants to be rich overnight.

As a matter of fact, there is nothing wrong with being a rich person, especially if one acquired the money through hard work. Everyone who works hard must enjoy his fruits of labor, but there are those who often want to be rich without hard work.

Some people admire rich people and wish to be them, but whatever means they acquired the wealth don't mean anything to them. However, be careful what you wish for because if luxury indeed brought happiness, many rich people wouldn't commit suicide.

Too often we are led to think that life is meaningless and as such should be lived to the maximum. That’s where some people begin to waste their precious lives, forgetting that along the line, when becoming old, the bad, wasteful life they led can take its toll on their health.

Whatever excess things one does with his body, the type of food you eat, and the large volume of alcohol one consumes may affect your health. As we grow older, our system becomes weaker and, therefore, may not be strong enough to fight certain ailments.

We human beings tend to identify our being alive with our body and forget that we are much more than matter itself.

We have embodied souls that choose matter to spend a part of their life in a dimension that can help us evolve, grow, and repair mistakes made in other lives.

Life and death are an integral part of a great project that goes far beyond the decades that we live as human beings. Life is a passage, and death is a transformation that takes place, which allows the soul to continue its evolution.

Happiness doesn't lie only in riches or luxury but in your purpose on earth, which reflects on the good things you did. There is so much happiness in doing good. What you wouldn't like anyone to do to you, don't do to others; that will bring you happiness too.

When it comes to the Bible, many think it's another storybook full of false stories. No one can force someone to believe in the Bible, but if you do, your happiness will be infinite. “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed,” said Jesus.

“POVERTY IS CREATED BY MAN NOT BY GOD"- ANTHONY B

Anthony B: One of the versatile Jamaican musicians known for his quest for justice and equal rights

Anthony B: One of the versatile Jamaican musicians known for his quest for justice and equal rights

Anthony Keith Blair, popularly known as Anthony B, is one of the Jamaican globetrotting, versatile musicians and members of the Rastafari faith.

Usually on stage in African attire depicting his roots, and a staff in his hand, the energetic reggae musician’s lyric reflects on poverty, injustice, and crime, giving hope and consolation to the downtrodden masses.

Once in Antwerp, Belgium, after entertaining the massive spectators at the venue ‘Petrol,’ I took the opportunity to talk to Anthony B. about his life and music.

“Poverty, talking about suffering, I don’t even have words to explain it, because this is the way we live. It is part of our lives that we never try to eliminate it."

"We always have to remember our roots, as Burning Spear said. For me, there is too much suffering in the world. People live rich, while others live in poverty, yet no one cares. This was created by a man, not God. This is what ‘Mr. Heartless’ is about,” says Anthony B."

You were born Anthony Keith Blair. Did changing your name to Anthony B. enhance your success as a musician?

Not really, but growing up in music in Jamaica as an artist, you need to find a name for yourself. I’m oriented African with an English name, so I made it Anthony B.

Anthony B speaks about his experience in the Gambia.

I have been to Senegal and Gambia. First and foremost, the reality as a reality, I respect my culture. There was an incident during my visit to the Gambia, as my visa expired the same day I was leaving.

I was at the airport when I was told the Gambia police were looking for me to be deported to Jamaica. It was a silly thing to know that you have been to the continent of your origin, but haven’t had enough days to see the people. All these problems were created by political leaders.

If you want a visa for the Gambia, you have to go to England first. They have to remove all these political barriers. I remember a friend from Accra, Ghana, who was deported from Germany to Jamaica because he claimed to be Jamaican.
He doesn’t know anyone in Jamaica. Luckily, he had my number. He had to call me to help him because we are all Africans.

GIVING CHILDREN A PROMISING AND BETTER LIFE

A child soldier far away from the classroom

A child soldier far away from the classroom

The global economic recession and poverty, which have affected Third World countries most, have resulted in the rampant abandonment of babies in gutters, pit latrines, bushes, and remote places.

Many mothers are giving up their babies for adoption. Some end up selling their babies or deliberately killing them. This inhuman act shows that some children are born into incapable hands.

If one does not really need a child, why should parents bring them into the world to suffer? Training and caring for children, in terms of feeding, clothing, education, and health, have never been a simple task. Parents should prevent an unwanted pregnancy rather than give birth to a child to will become a menace to society.

Parents who did not get the opportunity to be educated may feel education is a waste of time, and therefore, the child should be engaged in their parents' trade.

In India, hundreds of children are said to be under bondage, working as slaves to defray the debts of their parents. Under some hardships, children are even forced to sell part of their body parts, such as a kidney, to raise money for their parents.

In Brazil, children are sprayed by bullets, for the government to collect the bodies from the streets, as a measure to prevent street children. Is this the best solution to prevent street children?

When children are taught how to read from the initial stages, they become interested in books. However poor a child’s reading ability is, his interest in reading would improve his knowledge.

Things go wrong for children these days as people don’t know their value in this world. Many organizations are all over Africa to improve children’s education, but the harvest is plentiful, while the labourers are few.

It’s an enormous task. Education for children is not a choice; it’s their right, and the only way to give these children a better future is through education.

ARE AFRICANS THE STRONGEST CREATURES ON EARTH?

The lies ruining society

The lies are ruining society

Journalism is the activity of news gathering, assessing, creating, and presenting the information to the general public. That’s the simplest way I can define this profession. But there is more involved in this profession. They are dishonesty, hypocrisy.  And blatant lies, which have caused the loss of trust of viewers and readers.

The European and American media will let you understand that Africa is the most dangerous continent in the world, yet violence and the high rate of crime in America exceed the crime rate in Africa. How many Africans keep a pistol or guns in their homes, like Americans? Africa needs an answer..

The Western and American media will let you understand that Africa is a continent that lacks education, is affected by corruption, poverty, and plagued by diseases, such as malaria, Ebola, Aids, Lassa fever, and other deadly diseases. But the teenage pregnancy threatening Europe, especially Britain, is overwhelming.

Thus, if lack of education is one of the causes of teenage pregnancy, then are African teenagers more intelligent than British teenagers?

SLAVERY AND MEDICAL CRIMES

Throughout Europe and America, the only definition a child knows about Africa is: ‘A poor continent.’ But for ages, there has been no European and American journalist intelligent enough to ask: How are we going to cope, handle, or survive, if the calamities which had fallen on Africa in the past and present fall on us?

In this way, we need to learn from Africa how we can survive in times of adversity. Americans were scared to death when a Liberian was diagnosed with Ebola on American soil, while Africa is painstakingly dealing with this medical crime in West Africa with courage.

The African continent has suffered slavery and all kinds of terrorism and persecution during the colonial era, shaping the pattern of lives of its citizens, both psychologically and physically, making Africans one of the strongest and toughest creatures living on the planet today.

National Geographic is are documentary film showing how to survive when lost in the desert and mountains, but Africans already live in the desert and in the mountains.

In some villages in Africa, many haven’t seen electricity before, yet they are happy, and each day, they follow their normal activities. Which European or American can live a normal life without electricity in his or her entire life?

Endurance, pain, and experience have structured the African continent in a way that it could withstand the hardest conditions. This is the reason Africa is still standing on its feet despite every evil thing they’ve experienced at the hands of Europeans and Americans.

Europe and America knew a long time ago the incredible strength of Africa, but they are scared and find it embarrassing and a sort of disgrace to learn how Africans survive on that harsh continent. Instead, they planned to cause confusion, depopulate, and destroy the continent to make its citizens unhealthy.

SUICIDE RATE IN EUROPE AND AMERICA

Despite all the problems that Africans face daily, only a few commit suicide. This should be something to inspire Europe and America to find out: How and why only a few people take their lives in Africa, so that we could learn something from them?

European and American politicians and the media will never do that; instead, they always try to find a way to inflict pain and destruction on Africans.

Below is the ‘World Suicide Rate’ per country published by The Washington Post.

 Notes: Data is for 2005.

Readers, you can see that there is no African country mentioned in this suicide list. It is time for the European and American media to respect Africa and stop underestimating the continent. Africa may not have powerful weapons and ammunition like Europe and America, Africa may be poorer than Europe and America, and Africa may have weak health-care systems.

Yet Africans are a hundred percent physically and psychologically stronger than Europeans and Americans. The world should know this because the biased European and American media won’t tell you.

MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS AND CORRUPT AFRICAN LEADERSHIP

Corruption cartoon in Africa

Corruption cartoon in Africa

When a government in Africa is corrupt, there are also some MNCs and their shareholders who stand behind this government and push it to become more corrupt.

Whenever a government becomes autocratic, denying its citizens freedoms and rights, there are MNCs behind providing weapons to exact violence against its people.

Whenever there is a corrupt politician in Africa stealing money meant for schools, hospitals, roads, and the delivery of safe water and sanitation, you have a big MNC bank assisting in the transfer of the money to haven destinations.

This cozy relationship between the political and business elite in Africa and MNCs in Europe and North America not only affects governance, but it is one of the main reasons why economic underachievement, poverty, hunger, and instability permeate almost all African countries.

The parasites who parade themselves as leaders of the continent have for over the years, colluded and connived with MNC vampires who, since the days of slavery, have been the main instrument used by Western countries to strip Africa of its rich resources and to keep its inhabitants desperately poor.

Global Witness has produced documents that have implicated American, Belgian, British, French, German, Japanese, and Chinese firms and business entities.

The dirty tactics employed by Western governments, the MNCs, the World Bank, the IMF, WTO are responsible for the demise of the African continent. Western countries, led by the US, Britain, France, and lately by China, continue to sell weapons to horrible dictators to crush democratic forces throughout the continent.

They continued to finance brutal wars in Africa ( Libya, Somalia, Ivory Coast, DRC) to keep Africa destabilized while their corporations steal the natural resources such as oil, gas, gold, and other precious metals, complicit with the Western media.

In a similar vein, Global Financial Integrity has demonstrated how Western MNCs working in Africa used fraud accounting, tax evasion, and other financial malpractices to cheat Africans of the billions of dollars that could be used to develop the continent.

IMF and World Bank, on their part, are in cahoots with MNCs and Western creditors to sell their toxic economic policies and poisonous, heavily laden conditional loans to African countries that keep them in odious debts that they spend so much of their GDP in servicing them, to the neglect of the human security needs of their people.

Switzerland, hiding behind its discredited illegal financial and banking secrecy laws and infrastructure, continues to play host to more than $150 billion that is siphoned off from the continent annually by the political and business leaders.

YAHYA JAMMEH OF GAMBIA: WHY THE WEST AND AMERICA HATE HIM?

Jammeh against Europe and America

Yahya Jammeh of Gambia

Many African leaders think they have had enough of colonial masters and wouldn't like to do anything with them. Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe and Yahya Jammeh of Gambia are two of them.

They suddenly became enemies because of their views on homosexuality and the fact that the West finds it hard to deal with them.  In fact, the West and America pray to see an immediate end to the governments of Mugabe and Jammeh.

The Western media quickly find fault with the two African leaders for human rights violations and muzzling of the press, but gross human rights violations are more often witnessed in Advanced Countries than in Africa.

Due to poverty, Advanced Countries use aid as a weapon against Africa, as they threaten leaders to accept homosexuality and all their immoralities, which have destroyed their community.

Any strong African leader is seen as a threat, and the only way they think could subdue them is to dominate the leaders with unfriendly political issues.

Mugabe is on the list as one of the most hated leaders in Africa, followed by Yahya Jammeh. In 2008, Jammeh gave an ultimatum to gays and lesbians to leave his country, saying he would "cut off the head" of any homosexual found in the nation.

Two years later, the European Union canceled €22 million (HK$236 million) of aid because of concerns over human rights and governance issues. Financial aid to Africa is a granted loan to pay back, so why this bluff?

The big question: Whenever any epidemic breaks out, how many people go to Africa to deal with the situation? (Thanks to those who have sacrificed their lives to help Ebola victims in Africa) Africa is a continent that has suffered a great deal.

World leaders should understand the reason African leaders don’t trust them any longer. No one listens to the voice of an African leader; the West, therefore, shouldn’t expect African leaders to listen to whatever they say.

“What brought Britain to the Gambia in the first place? The trade in ivory because the Gambia had a lot of elephants, they ended up wiping out the elephants, and turned around and started selling Africans. The British instituted slavery.

The only thing they left us, unfortunately, is the English language,” said Jammeh. The reason he wants to drop English as an official language in his country is.

The Gambia, as a member of former British colonies, shocked the Commonwealth by withdrawing from the 54-nation bloc, calling it ‘An extension of colonialism.’ People aren't sincere and far from the truth.

African leaders have seen their betrayal and underestimation and wouldn't like to drive us like puppets on a string. Many believe money is what is going to solve the problems in this world, not at all. We need to love ourselves, meaning taking the plight of others into consideration to give them the love and care they deserve.
