How can pensioners maintain a happy life after retiring?

Many workers dream of receiving a happy pension while they are fully and actively employed because they believe that retirement will provide them with much-needed independence and ample time for leisure activities, traveling to interesting locations, and engaging in their favorite pastimes.

However, disappointment in the new stage frequently follows the enthusiasm of the first few months, followed by a total lack of knowledge about how to live as a pensioner or how to cope as a pensioner for the rest of their lives.

To be honest, I have no idea how my life would have turned out if I hadn't become a writer since coming on pension three years ago. I've seen a lot of pensioners return to work one or two days a week or look for something to do just to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I have witnessed elderly people who are unhappy due to their status as widows and widowers, leading them to spend their entire lives smoking, drinking, and overindulging in food. Is it impossible for a retiree to be happy and healthy?

Indeed, there are ways for seniors to prevent sadness, boredom, alcoholism, and obesity. As I mentioned before, if I hadn't been a writer, I wouldn't have known how my life would have turned out.

I don't think I'm the only one who enjoys writing as a pensioner. To avoid depression and other psychological issues, benefit from personal pleasure, and have the opportunity to live a happy life, many pensioners also find happiness in writing.

Pensioners can share their life experiences, ideas, and insights through writing, which is a potent form of self-expression that can greatly improve emotional well-being and give them a strong sense of accomplishment. This creative activity contributes to overall life happiness by fostering a feeling of identity and purpose outside of regular occupations.

There are emotional and cognitive advantages to writing. It keeps the mind busy and engaged, improves memory, and increases mental clarity, all of which are especially beneficial in older age. Writing is a therapeutic practice that provides a private, judgment-free space for introspection and aids in the processing of emotions, stress relief, and anxiety management.

Pensioners often enjoy greater independence and clarity in their objectives because many of the financial and family responsibilities that stress younger people have diminished. This frees them from the weight of pressing financial need and allows them to focus on pursuits they truly like, like writing.

A sense of community and belonging is fostered by sharing stories with loved ones, friends, or through writing groups, and this is essential for mental well-being. Writing might also lead to new options that can enhance retirement life, like training or speaking appearances.

Whether for introspection, legacy-building, or creative inquiry, writing is a very rewarding activity for many pensioners because it gives them joy, purpose, and a strong sense of connection to themselves and others. Pensioners can maintain a happy life after retirement by focusing on a few key areas that promote overall fulfillment and well-being.

Establishing a structured routine is an important first step since research indicates that following a shift from a work-life routine, having a set schedule helps sustain happiness and gives one a feeling of purpose. To avoid the sense of aimlessness that might accompany newly discovered independence, this structure can include scheduled activities, social interactions, and private time.

Another essential component of a happy retirement is continuing to be physically active. Walking, yoga, swimming, and even team sports like pickleball are examples of regular exercise that promote physical health, elevate mood, and help people live longer, better lives. Other essential elements of physical well-being include eating a balanced diet and obtaining enough sleep.

Emotional and mental well-being are equally vital. Learning new skills, reading, attending classes, or engaging in creative hobbies like painting are examples of intellectually stimulating activities that can preserve cognitive function and create a cognitive reserve that promotes healthy aging.

According to research, pensioners who see retirement as a chance to improve their health, build relationships, and follow their passions tend to enjoy it more and may even live longer. Happiness is significantly influenced by social connections.

Building new relationships through clubs, volunteer work, community groups, or senior living communities helps fight loneliness and isolation because retirement can result in the loss of employment-related relationships. In addition to helping the community, volunteering gives one a profound sense of fulfillment and purpose.

Retirement can be significantly enhanced by having a clear pension vision and concentrating on what one is retiring to rather than merely retiring from. Traveling, spending time with family, taking up a new pastime, or even pursuing an encore career—all can enhance happiness and a healthy life.

Lastly, making financial plans and planning your future goals, and discussing them with loved ones, might help you feel more secure in this new phase of your life.

Children are losing relationship with the world

Parents should constantly be nearby to talk to their children about how things are going because they deal with many issues that they cannot express.

When I was a child in a world with less impact from technology, I was indeed a happy child. My parents weren’t rich, we didn’t go to the playing fields or amusement parks, and we didn’t have toys to play with, yet we were the happiest children, as long as we saw how our parents struggled to provide our needs and make us happy as they pushed to their limits to give us the education we required. There was nothing like mobile telephones, yet communication with our parents never failed.

However, despite the advances in technology, thousands of children's games that can be subscribed to on the internet or played at home, and the birth of collectively amazing mobile phones, many children worldwide are still miserable or unhappy. We need to find out the reason children, despite being in good homes, feel insecure and even go as far as attempting suicide. What wrongs have the parents of most children done to see their children taking their lives?

Money, indeed, can’t buy happiness, but love, peace, and a beautiful world are things that a child needs, but they are hard to find. When children love their parents, but the parents divorce or go their separate ways, it affects the children. A mother can have custody of her children for a week, or vice versa, but the children will never be happier than when they are living together with their parents. Life becomes hard for children when they experience the separation or divorce of their parents at an early age.

History is familiar with pandemics; however, the impact of COVID-19 took its toll on both adults and children. Apart from the lockdown, many lost relatives, brothers, and sisters. This bitter experience pushed many children into depression, and even though the pandemic poses less of a threat today, its impact has been devastating on children. It’s not a child’s wish to become a drug addict; all of them today on the streets or struggling to kick drugs at rehabilitation centers have a story to share.

We can’t underestimate the impact of war on children. Whenever there is war, it affects everyone, including children. On television, when children watch other children as victims, it affects them psychologically. As children, we all hope to see our parents after having a meaningful life on earth; we take care of them and give them a befitting burial after they pass on. However, in today’s world, mothers and fathers are more involved with their children, as death among children and teenagers is increasing.

There are many ways for parents to find out the problems of their children to tackle the issue immediately before it gets out of hand. When a child stays in his or her room for a long time, skipping breakfast or lunch, that should be a concern to the parents, as something is wrong. It might not be a big situation, probably only a friendship issue, but at this point, the parent might try as much as possible to show love and give confidence to the child that there is always a bright future for a young one along the path.

Sometimes, the problems would be from the school. School is a venue where many teenagers feel secure and insecure, depending on how friendly the atmosphere is. Parents should always try to find out how the child is doing at school; if there is a problem, that child will never hide anything from you. Once your child speaks to a mother or father about school problems, the parent should immediately contact the school authorities to solve those issues before the child contemplates committing suicide.

When something goes wrong with a child or their life, the parents are held accountable. Every parent should keep this in mind to maintain a relationship with their kids.

Slavery Lasted 400 years, So Why The Protests Against COVID 19 Lockdown For Some Few Days?

Protesters against coronavirus lockdown in the Netherlands

Protesters against coronavirus lockdown in the Netherlands

The coronavirus lockdown is provoking many people that want their freedom around the world, despite the high rate of COVID 19 infections in recent times.  Hence, many people worldwide, including the Netherlands, not satisfied with the lockdown rules to prevent the spread of the deadly coronavirus, took to the streets protesting.

There is no one who doesn’t like the taste of sweet freedom because as humans, people are not interested in laws and rules that will confine them to one place. Frankly speaking, freedom is more effective than any medicine as it prevents loneliness, depression, any psychological problems, including the tendencies of committing suicide.

Even animals and birds like freedom, since many are fed up being kept in the zoo. Even in a cage, a bird may seem happy whistling and hopping around, yet open the cage for that bird and you will see the full force of flight that bird will be applied to escape into the air without looking back.

There was much unrest through Europe, including London, over the lockdown. In Eindhoven, one of the cities in Holland, protesters set fires and threw missiles at the police against the lockdown measures, while the police fought to control the situation with tear gas and water cannons, leading to the arrest of at least 55 people.

Many times, I keep wondering if people that have never suffered slavery, racism, colonial brutalities, the Apartheid form of government, and the handicapped by deliberate infection of diseases, understand the situation of people that have experienced such tragedies and bitter experiences of black history.

Africans were captured and sold as slaves in the most degrading and horrifying manner that lasted 400 years before abolition, yet today we are witnessing carnage, destruction, crimes against the authorities because they want people to obey the laws implemented to avoid the spread of the coronavirus.

How sincere and thoughtful are we as human beings? You, in life many don’t care about other people's sufferings because they are not the victims. Selfishness, greed, lies, and hypocrisy are some of the ailments that shut down the brain of human beings to be considerate to think about the well-being of other people.

If black people have survived slavery, Apartheid horrors, and colonial atrocities that lasted for decades, why some people always want to break the rule and find it difficult to survive a lockdown for some few days to prevent the spread of a disease that will benefit us?

The truth is in life if you haven't been through certain difficulties, you wouldn't have the experience to accept certain rules for your own benefit. People often don't care about the tragedies that fall on other people but the reality is whatever goes around, always comes around.

The situation about the coronavirus is hard to understand. We don't see people getting ill or falling on the streets, yet we hear of people dying each day by COVID 19. Whether what those health experts are telling us is true or false, we must obey the rules and see what happens

Why Many Are Not Happy To Live In This World Any More

Many children have depressive symptoms during this coronavirus pandemic

Many children have depressive symptoms during this coronavirus pandemic

Everyone knows that life is very tough and on many occasions, our mind tells us that poverty, hardships, loneliness, depression, lack of money and other difficulties are some of the causes that often escalate one tendency of committing suicide or the desire of not willing to live in this world any longer.

However, observing day after day, we see that people of various classes, estates, and professions such as rich people, scientists, engineers, priests, students, celebrities, bankers, and children, appear to make news headlines for committing suicide. What are they cause to such a terrible thing?

Death is inevitable, everyone will die, whether black, white, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Christian, or Muslim, but the important question is why many don't want to live in this world any longer and often kill themselves before their time? I have asked this same question a number of times but I can't stop asking.

There are many facing families, marriage, and financial problems. Some of these problems can easily be fixed but others are not easy, especially, if the problems take their toll on the person, affecting him psychologically. For example, I observed the psychological impact of the coronavirus on many students and children.

During the highest peak of the coronavirus, the shutdown of schools, social distance observation, and rules to prevent the spread of the disease shocked many people, especially, the younger generation who has no idea of what a biological weapon or quarantine is but are forced to follow the rules.

Just imagine a student who has been studying at school, interacting with his teacher, suddenly finds himself in what is called distance learning by the computer, learning to pass his exams. While on the television or radio each day, students are psychologically affected by the impact of the coronavirus on a killing spree.

As a matter of fact, many may have killed themselves in this hard time of coronavirus because of fear and its impact, and probably, their death may be attributed to the coronavirus. It is very easy for someone that has committed suicide to be said killed by the coronavirus because it's not easy to carry out an autopsy at this very moment.

How do you think of a child's mental state if he or she has lost both parents by coronavirus? The child can never be the same and if care is not taken she might commit suicide if nobody is by her daily to give her some comfort.

The impact of the coronavirus has quickly become a kind of epidemic threatening the entire society in general and each of every one in particular. What safety can politicians assure citizens if they are responsible for this deadly virus that has killed thousands across the globe?

As a matter of fact, politicians have to do more to save lives because we are living in a critical situation that by the time the coronavirus subsides, life will never be the same.

Let the authorities be aware that if many people, especially children, don't want to live in this world any longer, then it's their fault and I will always continue to hold them responsible for this terrible pandemic that has hit the world.

YOUR LIFE, HAPPINESS AND PURPOSE ON EARTH

Life becomes meaningless in times of crisis

Life becomes meaningless in times of crisis

Many times in life, we find ourselves wondering, what is the purpose of our existence on earth? Why do we have to get up in the morning? What is the real reason after disappointments, pain, hard life, sadness, and joy, we leave this world into our graves?

Is life actually a burden that makes it not worth existing in a world full of wickedness, diseases, depression, poverty, misery, and crime? Why are many rich and others very poor? Many people often ask this question, but do wealth, riches, and luxury bring happiness?

Today, in the era of consumerism, we are continually bombarded by what others used to influence people as real happiness: having a lot of money, a beautiful mansion, and a luxurious car or fleet of cars.

The fact that thousands of people believe that happiness actually lies in the possession of those materials enables them to make wrong choices to inflict pain on themselves.

It seems that it has become a real obsession, an obligation; almost everyone wants to be rich overnight.

As a matter of fact, there is nothing wrong with being a rich person, especially if one acquired the money through hard work. Everyone who works hard must enjoy his fruits of labor, but there are those who often want to be rich without hard work.

Some people admire rich people and wish to be them, but whatever means they acquired the wealth don't mean anything to them. However, be careful what you wish for because if luxury indeed brought happiness, many rich people wouldn't commit suicide.

Too often we are led to think that life is meaningless and as such should be lived to the maximum. That’s where some people begin to waste their precious lives, forgetting that along the line, when becoming old, the bad, wasteful life they led can take its toll on their health.

Whatever excess things one does with his body, the type of food you eat, and the large volume of alcohol one consumes may affect your health. As we grow older, our system becomes weaker and, therefore, may not be strong enough to fight certain ailments.

We human beings tend to identify our being alive with our body and forget that we are much more than matter itself.

We have embodied souls that choose matter to spend a part of their life in a dimension that can help us evolve, grow, and repair mistakes made in other lives.

Life and death are an integral part of a great project that goes far beyond the decades that we live as human beings. Life is a passage, and death is a transformation that takes place, which allows the soul to continue its evolution.

Happiness doesn't lie only in riches or luxury but in your purpose on earth, which reflects on the good things you did. There is so much happiness in doing good. What you wouldn't like anyone to do to you, don't do to others; that will bring you happiness too.

When it comes to the Bible, many think it's another storybook full of false stories. No one can force someone to believe in the Bible, but if you do, your happiness will be infinite. “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed,” said Jesus.

BREAK YOURSELF FREE FROM DEPRESSION

Suicide tendencies can be eliminated by seeing the doctor or praying

Suicide tendencies can be eliminated by seeing the doctor or through prayer

Everyone has wonderful hopes, dreams, and expectations of their future, but many times what we are looking for never comes our way. Some of us have been robbed of our joy through the loss of a loved one, and many feel lonely and hopeless when they find themselves in abusive homes and domestic violence.

In such a troubled world, it's very easy to see the ailments of society taking their toll on people. The high rate of unemployment and divorce are also some of the causes leading to depression. It's not surprising that psychologists have confirmed that the ailments of people can be traced to the homes and environments they were raised.

We understand that as human beings, we are bound to face difficulties in our lives. The important question is: How do we handle those problems we experience? According to the World Federation for Mental Health, depression is a significant contributor to the global burden of disease and affects people in all communities across the world.

Today, depression is estimated to affect 350 million people. The World Mental Health Survey conducted in 17 countries found that, on average, about 1 in 20 people reported having an episode of depression. But do you know that you have the power to overcome loneliness and depression?

Why do some people easily succumb to depression, and others don't? Resist? The happy people we often meet on the street are not superhumans. They are only happy because experience in life has taught them that happiness is within oneself. You have the power to make yourself happy or miserable.

Someone can make you unhappy, prevent your success, or do everything to hurt you, but so long as you are a living being, you have the power, desire, inspiration, or everything it takes to liberate yourself from that misery, loneliness, or depression.

Fear, anxiety, depression, and loneliness can be easily prevented than you know. Instead of living on drugs and alcohol, which can rather increase your psychological problems, some recommended steps can keep one far from loneliness and depression.

Reading interesting books as a hobby can capture your imagination to avoid depression.

If you love to stay at home, please cultivate the habit of taking a walk through the gardens, doing window shopping, and joining social clubs. Going to the gym to exercise once or twice a week not only keeps you fit but also psychologically healthy.

You may have a hidden talent, but you don't know. Find out what you are very good at, follow it, and start blogging to create your happiness.

Another important factor is financial matters, which often wear people down psychologically. When facing financial problems, you need a healthy mind to find your way out, not a depressed mind.

I can't do it, I'm not sure I can succeed, there is nothing left for me in life, they are all 'symptoms' of depression. Take away the shackles from your body and free your mind from the psychological chain damaging your health.

Never waste your time on someone who doesn't love you. He or she will never be satisfied, even if you sacrifice your whole life. Be always calm and aspire to greater things in life because the power of positive thinking works.

ONLINE DATING: THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY PART OF IT

Online dating

Online dating

Life can be boring sometimes. Frustration, depression, loneliness, and anxiety are some of the problems that have taken their toll on many people today, forcing them to use ‘Dating Sites,’ hoping that’s the right place to find love and happiness they are looking for.

The internet has enabled us to see the world through the window, facilitating business, creating easy communication, and making friends easily throughout the globe. But the question is: Is ‘Dating Sites’ actually the right place for someone to look for his or her dream partner?

Frankly speaking, dating sites harbor all kinds of dangers that many ignore or don’t see because they are simply following their heart's desire.

I don’t see the distance between two people dating as one of the disadvantages of online dating if one person lives in Canada and the other lives in England, but the dangers of falling into the wrong hands, which have prematurely ended the lives of many, and added names of missing people to the missing people.

While on a ‘Dating Site,’ you aim to find a lover, but the man on the other side doesn’t want love; he wants to harm or kill you. How will you know? This is the reason many who answer to online dating mysteriously disappear without any trace.

This makes ‘Dating Sites’ or ‘Blind Date’ more dangerous than imagined. Once in Amsterdam, I contacted a lady who wants a non-smoker.

We made an appointment at the central train station, asking me to be at a very famous point that everyone knew. She was late. I watched my time and I realized it was over ten minutes.

Then, after fifteen minutes, I saw a pretty woman smiling at me. She was gorgeous. Her tall, slim figure was the exact choice of a woman I was looking for.

“Are you Joe?” She asked, and I nodded.”I have been here already, but spying on you to see if you are a handsome man. I really hate ugly and shabbily dressed men.” She said. “What a bad woman?

Is that what men or women do to each other on a blind date?” I asked in my mind. Now I know the reason many dates end in disappointment. They came and probably saw the person unattractive and quietly sneaked away?

Who will be happy when treated like that? In fact, the statement she made ruined my day. After eating and a walk through the city, I didn’t request a second date. That’s how we lost contact.

There is nothing wrong when doing online dating, but be extremely careful, because what you are looking for might be completely different from what the person you are communicating with wants.

You've Got The Power To Liberate Yourself From Depression

If One Pretends To Be Dead, Mourners Will Pretend To Bury Him Alive

Discussing your problems with someone you love is the best way to get help and solutions to the problem

Discussing your problems with someone you love is the best way to get help and solutions to the problem.

“If one pretends to be dead, mourners will pretend to bury you alive,” is one of the thousands of African proverbs meant to educate, shape our lives, and inspire us, as each proverb carries a moral lesson, advice, and wisdom. This particular proverb speaks against pretending.

As imperfect human beings, we are responsible for both the good and bad things we do. Whichever way one takes it, to pretend is also considered to be something bad.

The question is, why do people pretend? According to a study, pretending has both advantages and disadvantages.

Sometimes one needs to pretend. For example, when all of a sudden in a cinema hall, a gunman on a shooting spree takes everyone by surprise without any escape route, pretending to be dead among those already dead could save your life.

But in other ways, pretending can cause self-destruction, depression, loneliness, and other psychological problems. How?

The pressure in society is enormous. Things are not going well, yet many people prefer to hide their problems behind a false smile.

If you don’t share your problem with your family or a trustworthy friend, how can someone know your problem to give the attention or help you need?

Researchers reveal that hiding a problem behind a false smile or faking happiness is more likely to bring you harmful feelings.

You might not be happy with your job because your boss or a colleague is sexually harassing you, exploiting you physically, emotionally, and mentally, yet you wear a false smile behind such psychological scars.

Instead of pretending to be okay, it’s always better to tell your problem to someone to receive help.

Many wish to be someone because of the extravagant lives other people live. But we must be careful about what we sometimes wish for. We must be content with whatever we have to live a happy life.

Don’t let your neighbor’s expensive car push you to live beyond your means, and put on a fake smile, deceiving people that you are living great, while you know that you are struggling to make ends meet.

In Africa and other countries around the world, many are believed to be sick of HIV but scared to go and see the doctor, because they aren’t ready to be told they have contracted HIV or Aids.

They would rather prefer to hide their problems with a fake smile, forgetting that no one drinks medicine on behalf of a sick person.

To pretend that everything is okay, while suffering, is not good for our health; we must, therefore, confine our problems to those close to us for help and solutions. That’s the only way we can overcome and defeat our problems.

SUICIDE: Is that the ultimate remedy for life turmoil?

A victim of depression which often leads to suicidal tendencies

A victim of depression which often leads to suicidal tendencies

How would you feel as parents, when the police come knocking at your door, to tell you that “Your son committed suicide this morning on his way to school?”

I don’t think any parent love to hear this, yet many receive reports about suicide in their homes daily. The rate of teen suicide is abnormal, leaving indelible scars on families as they try to recover.

According to teen suicide awareness statistics, every year there are approximately 10 youth suicides for every 100,000 youth, approximately 11 suicides every day and a person under twenty-five commits suicide every two hours and eleven minutes.

Fortunately, many suicide victims survive to share their stories, with little help to stop those who have decided not to live anymore.

What is the force behind this alarming rate of teenage suicide?

The world is constantly changing from bad to worse, as we live in an environment plagued by diverse problems and sufferings.

The present generation teenagers are stubborn, brazenly challenging every authority including parents. Many of the youths were raised in an environment of drug violence and abuse homes, significantly affecting their upbringing.

At school students keep on bullying other students, throwing food at them if they look different from other students. Continually facing this problem daily, one is quickly driven to depression when he can’t take it any longer.

Other factors that have increased youth suicide are the death of a loved one, serious illness, loss of hope, intense emotional pain, bitter parents’ divorce, victims of rape and other psychological problems.

Whatever problem one faces, is it right to commit suicide? As an African, I feel very comfortable when I take a few things from that continent to share.

Despite the daily struggle, ethnic conflicts, corruption, sicknesses etc; suicide is rare in Africa. Teenagers do not commit suicide. Why? Because the Holy Bible the white man brought to Africa to deceive our ancestors, has saved Africans from that abominable act, while in Europe and America only a few know about the significance of the Holy Bible.

Abraham Lincoln said, "Train up a child in a way that he should go, and he will not depart from it.” This great quote reminds parents of their responsibilities as mothers and fathers in bringing up children. Hundreds of teenagers smoke because their parents smoke.

You can’t tell a fourteen-year-old child not to smoke, whilst the parents smoke heavily.

The hospital is there to solve many health problems but sometimes prayer is the right step to both psychological and spiritual healing.

Many teenage suicides could have been prevented if parents take interest to provide help, talk to their children to know what is really bothering them and find an immediate solution.

SEX WITH ANIMALS - WHAT'S ITS SIGNIFICANCE?

Making sex with an animal is an abuse

Having sex with an animal is an abuse.

Thoughts, work as forces, and that force determines what one wishes. Due to circumstances, many have no control over themselves, therefore doing abnormal things that they find them satisfactorily.

Sadness, depression, frustration, and loneliness have taken control over people's lives, plunging them into a dark tunnel, without any control or willpower to liberate themselves.

It looks so pretty simple for many people, especially women, to make love with animals, but frankly speaking, it's insane. Total sheer madness. If one is lonely, depressed, or unhappy, there are thousands of books, doctors, and psychologists there to help. Why then must a depressed or sane person seek her comfort by making love with an animal?

Many women have sex with their dogs, and others who want to have an orgasm open their legs widely for the dogs to lick their vagina. The disgusting and ugly thing to do.

On YouTube, you see women having sex with animals, including dogs and horses. If by anyway those who indulge themselves in such acts were to find their way to see a psychologist, believe me, they will be diagnosed with mental problems. Because a normal, hundred percent sane person can't make love with an animal.

This is the confession of a girl who saw the family dog 'fucking' her mother. "One day, when I was a teen, I went to meet my girlfriend to go to the movies. For some reason, she was not home, so I went back to my house, and the front door was locked.

Assuming Mom had gone shopping as she said she was, I went to the back basement window, which I knew was unlocked to enter the house. Our basement had two rooms, a game room and a workout room with weights, etc.

I entered the game room and heard some moans coming from the weight room. I peeped around the corner and saw my mother bent over the weight bench and our family dog, a Black Lab, on her back, humping her.

I heard her moaning and saying, "Yes, Buddy, Mommie needs it". I could not believe it, but soon Buddy finished humping her, and they lay there with Buddy on her back. I scooted back to the house and came back much later."

From this confession, one could clearly determine the psychological problem this woman had. She was frustrated because for so long she hadn't been 'screwed'. This has made her sick and powerless to control herself.

Sleeping with animals, as a matter of fact, is a complete sickness that needs a remedy. It can even give certain incurable sickness to a person. Making sex with animals often takes place in many parts of Africa. Some people have been caught red-handed either having sex with goats or chickens.

There are many sickening habits. Once you enter, you can't find it easy to get out; therefore, for those people out there who can't get out of this sick and disgusting situation, try to seek help from professional doctors, health institutions, or psychologists.

People who engage animals in sex, just as well know that they are abusing the animals. This act has made many dogs wild and aggressive toward male visitors who come to visit the women they 'fucked'.

Those who wouldn't like anyone to know that they had slept with their dogs or any other animal can help themselves by reading books, such as 'The Power of Positive Thinking and other books on self-coaching.

Self-coaching courses are also recommended for people in such a situation.

Health matters : How to enjoy a healthy Life throughout your life Journey

Making the right decisions on health

Making the right decisions on health

Have you ever met someone between the ages of 50 to 60 years, without a single wrinkle on his or her face? If you try to find out the reason the person looks so pretty, beautiful, handsome, dynamic, and attractive (without plastic surgery), one can tell you the secret behind that healthy life.

In our past and present society, many think that a successful, healthy life is to enjoy. In what way? Excessive drinking, smoking, going to nightclubs and parties, prostituting, and doing drugs.

As a matter of fact, people who heavily hang upon such life entertainments are rather inviting sickness and disease to take its toll on their health.

Some sicknesses, life turmoils, and diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, stroke, depression, frustration, and mental disorders, can be prevented, but the lifestyle of people and what they eat turns their lives upside down, with chronic health hazards deteriorating their physical beings.

The question is `why do people choose to bring misery on themselves and their homes, by inflicting wounds on themselves, knowing perfectly well the aftermath consequences? Excessive drinking and smoking can cause heart, kidney, and lung cancer, yet many people can`t avoid the temptation of these destructive elements.

Some people eat too much. They keep on eating unhealthy food until they start experiencing serious health problems. Being fat can keep one restless, not able to walk properly, and the legs may likely get swollen because the weight of the body now hangs on your legs that can`t carry the body`s weight any longer.

For healthy living, free from ailments at a ripe age, people should avoid much alcohol, smoking, and excessive eating. Eating healthy food, such as vegetables and fruits, can keep one younger and stronger than eating fast food outside your home.

TAKING CARE OF CHILDREN WITHOUT PARENTS

Orphans in Africa

Orphans in Africa

Studies by psychologists show that emotional distress in adolescence and adulthood, including depression, alcoholism, anxiety, and suicidal tendencies, is often associated with abuse and bereavement suffered in childhood.

Many young children have undergone diverse emotional distresses that are not their fault. Take, for instance, because of divorce alone, thousands of children born today spend their lives in a single-parent family. This contributed to the high rate of child delinquency.

On many occasions, when a child is bereaved, adults think they are too young to feel the loss. According to psychological reports, this assumption is absolutely wrong.

Until recently, most psychologists believed that there was no way to help a mourning child recover from painful encounters with separation and loss. These are a few recommendations suggested by psychologists to help a bereaved child. Communication starts by telling the child...

“You are not alone. I’m with you.” Hold the child who trusts you on your lap and soothe her with long strokes. Finally, one can put an arm around the child’s shoulders, in this way easing the tension that builds up in the head, neck, and shoulders.
