HOW CORRUPT IS THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT IN THE HAGUE?

The International Criminal Court for decades have actually failed to bring advanced countries' leaders to face the law for their crimes against humanity in the third world, especially Africa

The International Criminal Court, for several years now, has actually failed to bring advanced countries' leaders to face the law for their crimes against humanity in the third world, especially in Africa.

Established based on the Rome Statute and adopted in 1998, the International Criminal Court (ICC, in The Hague, the Netherlands) initially began its work on July 1, 2002.

POLYGAMY AND EUROPE'S ECONOMY DEMAND ONE MAN, ONE WIFE

One man three wives, a common thing to see in Islam polygamy

One man, three wives, a common thing to see in Islamic polygamy

Europe is gradually becoming a polygamous continent, due to migrations and settlements by people coming from countries with their own contrasting laws and cultures.

They follow the doctrine of the Koran and enter into polygamous marriages, before migration and within Europe, without realizing that it is an offense since polygamous marriages do not conform to the European pattern.

Polygamy is very common in Muslim countries, where women do not have civil rights, no education, can't own property, can't drive, and can't even vote. It's only a few of these countries are rich; most are very poor because women are kept at home and are restricted from contributing to the economy.

In Turkey, a country that wants to join the European Union, around 187,000 women are in polygamous marriages, according to a report carried out by AFP. However, Turkey is not the only country facing the issue of polygamy. Britain, Germany, and France are experiencing the same phenomenon.

For example, if Mr. Abdullai (Not referring to any person dead or alive) migrates from Turkey to live in Germany, France, Britain, or Belgium, with three wives, amongst the women, who is to be known as Mrs. Abdullai?

And if each of the women is to give birth to four or five children each, totaling 20, who will be responsible for their welfare apart from the man? The government.

This is the reason Polygamy shouldn't be encouraged in Europe, because it drains the national coffers of a country, and could render a country's economy totally poor.

Polygamy could drain the taxpayers' money and destroy a booming economy. That is the reason many countries practicing those polygamous marriages are virtually poor, and their people seek greener pastures in other European countries that do not permit that.

"ONE MAN, ONE WIFE" is the slogan. Intuitively, this makes a lot of sense.

PAUL GASCOIGNE IS THE RIGHT MAN TO HELP VICTIMS OF ALCOHOLISM

Paul Gascoigne: A great footballer who couldn't free himself from alcohol

Paul Gascoigne: A great footballer who couldn't free himself from alcohol

If Britain needs to educate the youth and alcoholics against alcoholism, then Paul Gascoigne would be the best person to do this job. Experience is the best teacher, they say. Paul has been in alcoholism before and is now out of it.

He has therefore acquired a certain experience that he could use to help other people who alcoholism is gradually being their toll on them.

I quote "I could drink a bottle of whiskey, but give me six cans and I will be drunk. It was getting too much for me. I was trying to fill my days doing my dad's garden or things for my mum, playing football on the street with my nephews."

That is an emotional speech of once one of the best Britain's, or probably the world's, best footballers, Paul Gascoigne. At his highest peak, this great footballer's only problem was alcohol.

Paul Gascoigne couldn't leave alcohol alone, even though he knew alcohol and sports can't work together. Paul is quite happy about his present life after kicking alcohol.

Paul Gascoigne's great moments on the field

He has just completed a three-month course at a Bournemouth center. The course has brought his awareness of an understanding of how alcohol can destroy one's life.

Even though alcohol ruined the career of Paul Gascoigne prematurely, he still has a lot to do to help people who are trying to fight against alcoholism without success.

Paul, I know that you can do it. Happy to see you once again in the news with the best solution for your life.

The link between UK social conditions, alcohol abuse, and teenage pregnancy

Britain: When alcohol takes its toll on you, where to sit or sleep doesn't matter

Britain: When alcohol takes its toll on you, where to sit or sleep doesn't matter.

Britain, no doubt, is a famous tourist country. Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Number 10 Downing Street, etc., are places that make Britain unique in the tourism sector.

But statistically, Britain is well known and famous too for the country's high percentage of alcohol consumption and the rise of teenage pregnancy.

Teenage pregnancy and alcoholism used to be social problems affecting Third World countries. For example, in Asia, Africa, and some parts of Latin America, poverty has escalated to alcoholism and underage prostitution.
