THE WONDERS OF AVOCADO PEAR FOR THE HEALTH

Sliced Avocado pear

Sliced Avocado pear

You’ve probably seen avocados being touted as a heart-healthy superfood in recent years. Realistically, the truth isn't too far off from the hype. The next time you're grabbing that burrito or turkey sandwich, you might want to consider adding a healthy dollop of guacamole.

Here are four reasons that you should consider eating a little bit of avocado each day.

1. You may reduce your risk of heart disease.

Heart disease is the number 1 killer in the United States, affecting nearly 27 million adults, so it only makes sense that we would want to protect ourselves by being more health-conscious in our dietary choices.

Avocados have been shown to positively benefit our cardiovascular system in several ways due to their low saturated fat and high unsaturated fat content (predominantly the monounsaturated fat (MUFA) variety). Consuming excess saturated fat (>10% of total calories) may raise your LDL and HDL cholesterol and triglycerides.

On the contrary, consuming adequate unsaturated fat in your diet may help lower LDL-cholesterol (bad cholesterol), maintain HDL-cholesterol (good cholesterol), and potentially improve your insulin sensitivity.

In addition to its nutritious fat content, avocados also contain a potent mix of nutrients (e.g., potassium and lutein), including plenty of antioxidants such as carotenoids, called xanthophylls, and phenols. These compounds can help prevent inflammation and oxidative stress in the blood vessels while facilitating improved blood flow.

2. You may have an easier time maintaining your weight

Eating fat to lose fat; who would have thought? Avocados can help with weight loss and maintaining a healthy BMI by promoting a feeling of satiety.

A recent study showed that including avocado in meals helped extend feelings of fullness and reduced the desire to overindulge. The belly-filling properties of avocados are aided by their high fiber content, about 14g per fruit on average.

In addition, higher avocado consumption has been associated with smaller waistlines and lower BMIs in observational studies. Lastly, some research has even shown that weight-loss diets higher in MUFA, like the kind avocados are packed with, may prove healthier for your heart than low-fat weight-loss diets.

3. You might reduce your risk of cancer

Avocados provide us with numerous phytochemicals that may help prevent cancer, including the previously discussed xanthophylls and phenols.

A protein compound called glutathione, along with the xanthophyll lutein (both found in avocados), has been associated with decreased rates of oral cancer. Preliminary data also show promising results for avocados' potential role in reducing the risk of both breast and prostate cancers.

Additionally, preliminary studies demonstrate that a specific type of fav derived from avocados can exert anti-cancer effects on acute myeloid leukemia cells. Together, these studies show that further research needs to be conducted to draw more conclusive results.

4. You will protect your skin and eyes well into old age

As it turns out, avocado carotenoids do several things for our body. Both lutein and another compound found in avocados, called zeaxanthin, can slow age-related ocular decline and prevent vision dysfunction.

In addition, these same two nutrients also act as buffers against oxidative UV damage, keeping our skin smooth and healthy. The bioavailability (ease of absorption by our body) of carotenoids from avocados, compared to many other fruits and vegetables, makes eating avocados every day a sensible choice.

Certain Mails Can Give You Tears Of Joy

A quote about writing

A quote about writing

I’m sure every writer, once or many times in his or her lifetime, may receive an email from someone interested in his work or articles. I have received hundreds of emails of admiration over my writings. One of the emails I received recently touched me after reading it. I decided to publish it…

As a writer, there are certain things you need to keep in mind. You can’t please everyone. Many would like you, and others will hate you, but don’t let those little impediments distract your attention or hurt your feelings.

Many writers or bloggers avoid getting into conflict with readers or try to write articles not to offend others, but at times, your article will spark controversy, arguments, and hatred when you aren’t expecting it.

I had a big problem on LinkedIn’s platform when I wrote an article entitled ‘Why many Africans are allergic to reading? The article aims to encourage reading, but it turned out to be an article that nearly caused my crucifixion or lynching by some Africans who find the article unsavory.

When you find yourself in such a situation, don’t lose your temper; remain calm and try to explain the significance of the article. You may receive negative comments, yet still be positive. You may lose some followers, but don’t let that bother you, because those who aren’t ready to learn are alson’t ready to accept any explanation.

This is one of my favorite emails from last week.

Hi Joel

Just extending my appreciation of your work.  I have read some of yours and your interview with Magda Cristina Butucea.  It was poignant!  To know that we still have those who believe in the truth among the profession is consolatory.  I am what you will call a misdirected man (turning 50 soon).

I spent time chasing something I never believed in, but thought it was the means to an end – the empowerment of Africans in Europe.  It was a delusion, and he spent time in prison through malicious prosecutions.

Like you, I loved writing since I was in my primary school years.  I helped write letters for those who could not read to their families who were far away from their places of work.

I neglected this part of me.  I have decided to spend time doing it now and set up a publishing company with a focus on selling African literature and the creation of educational projects in the form of publications to help spread the truth about our history.  Once again, I am inspired and honored to read about you.

Best Regards, Chez Winakabs

NB. I give thanks to Chez Winakabs. I wish this article would encourage other bloggers or writers to experience many obstacles to continue writing without ceasing.

Dandara: A Great Black Woman That Made History

Dandara

Dandara

It’s our responsibility to dig out great stories of black history. Many are racists because of your color, black, but during the First and Second World Wars, White soldiers painted their faces black to avoid detection by enemies.

Many blacks survived because their enemies hardly had a glimpse of them. This is a short story of one of the greatest black women fighters in black history.

Dandara was an Afro-Brazilian Woman, a Warrior who lived in the 1600s. She was a co-founder of Palmares, a runaway slave community (quilombo) that thrived for almost a century.

Bravely, she fought alongside Zumbi and others, defending the freedom of her people and her community. Palmares was eventually overthrown by Dutch and Portuguese colonizers, but rather than return to slavery, Dandara took her own life as an act of resistance.

Why Many Africans Call Me The White Negro

Micro-Surgeon and Scientist Johan Van Dongen

Micro-Surgeon and Scientist Johan Van Dongen

Microsurgeon and scientist, Johan Van Dongen, is a Dutchman born in Rotterdam. Like most scientists, he has enjoyed a very good life in his laboratory and professional duties, and also as a former lecturer at the university.

His love for mankind is exceptional since he believes every living thing on earth that has breath needs to be properly cared for, instead of being destroyed.

His priority is engagement,  commitment, and love for Africans and Africa in general, the fact that the continent of Africa has suffered a great deal at the hands of the Europeans and Americans.

Africans are mocked, abused, raped, mutilated, forced to move homes, used as slaves and guinea pigs for drug tests, by the criminal pharmaceutical, medical, political, and military establishments.

“Thousands of Africans are killed by foreign countries and corrupt African regimes. I think now it is time to pay back the ordinary African people, what we took from them."

"The reason it has been one of my responsibilities to expose in my books, which were published in Dutch, that Aids and Ebola were indeed medical crimes committed against Africa,” says Professor Johan Van Dongen.

“There is absolutely no place for egos or what so ever and I think especially Africans within the diaspora, should help Africans without delay and with all the engagement they have."

"It will not cost Africans in the Diaspora to work on a documentary film, to bring to the understanding of the common man that Aids and Ebola were medical crimes against Africa."

"Such a project would bring respect for the Africans in the Diaspora, to lift the image of Africa, after all, that’s where their descendants were stolen from,” stressed Dongen.

“I am very fortunate that several Africans call me a white negro because I work unselfishly and because of my whistleblowing work, by revealing that Aids and Ebola were medical crimes against humanity, I lost almost everything."

"There is no one other to blame for my bitter experience than myself, because I knew what I was going to pass through in a country like Holland. But I chose the path of integrity over mixing with white-collar liars, butchers, killers, and ruthless people.”

“I am not looking for money or fame. What I am looking for are people with a heart for Africa in the first place, and I have found one in Joel Savage. He has that kind of heart, and that is why he is a friend for life…As for African leaders,  I feel very sorry for them, because many have disappointed Africans miserably.

THE COST OF TERROR IN BRUSSELS

Brussels

Brussels

Article originally published in Global Risks Insight: Know Your World

Brussels, the capital of Belgium and the European Union, is experiencing some immediate economic effects resulting from recent terror threats in 2015. This city’s experience may prove to be a blueprint for other cities in 2016.

Following the deadly terrorist attacks that shocked France and the world on November 13th, 2015, the global attention turned to Brussels as the majority of the Islamist militants that took part in the French massacre had links to the European capital.

In addition, in late November, Belgian authorities temporarily raised the terrorist threat level to its highest tier, given the presence of a reportedly imminent terrorist threat.

This led to substantial disruptions in the capital in what came to be defined as the “Brussels Lockdown”. The terrorist threat again came as an obstacle to the normal life of Brussels’ residents when authorities banned all public New Year’s Eve festivities on December 31st because of a reported plan to attack the capital.

This prolonged state of insecurity has hurt the economic and social life of the capital. Since November 2015, Brussels, along with other European capitals, has been experiencing first-hand the cost of terror.

The most overt statistics about touristic activities, social outings, and public gatherings show a general change in the perception of the city and overall evolution in the local mood.

Throughout the duration of the “Brussels Lockdown”, thousands of travelers planning to reach the capital canceled their flights. At the highest point of this trend, more than 2,000 flight cancellations were recorded on November 25th

While this push to avoid Brussels slowly stopped after the terrorist threat level was lowered, there were, on average, 6,000 flights per day to Brussels in early December 2015, approximately 1,500 fewer than in the same period of 2014.

A similar trend has been verified for the overall occupation rate of hotels in the capital. In early December, approximately 55% of Brussels’ hotel rooms were occupied, against more than 73% during the same period of 2014.

Ubiquitous precautions

This situation had a direct impact on the economic and social life of the European capital throughout the Christmas and New Year’s festivities. The annual Christmas market, organized and held in the historical center of Brussels, has experienced a drop in attendance of more than 30%.

In addition, New Year’s Eve saw a major drop in demand for restaurant bookings and, as such, at least one out of every two restaurants in the capital closed their doors on the last night of 2015.

The aforementioned statistics are only an initial effect of the impact that the emergence of a new terror threat is having on Western European economies.

The Belgian example is noteworthy as local security and intelligence agencies have so far been successful in countering the threat posed by Islamist militants, and no major mass-casualty attack has occurred in the country.

However, the enhanced presence of military personnel in the streets of Brussels, as well as the ongoing discourse over the current will of
terrorist organizations targeting the capital led to a mood change among the local population.

The fear of potential attacks is playing as a long-term obstacle to private expenditures, tourism, and participation in major public social events.

As such, beyond the immediate security concerns raised by the risk of terrorist attacks, public officials face the need to adapt the ongoing counter-terrorism strategy in order not to hinder the socio-economic life of Western European countries.

DR. JEFF BRADSTREET WAS MURDERED FOR OPPOSING AUTISM VACCINE

Dr. Jeffery Bradstreet

Dr. Jeffery Bradstreet

Not everyone is interested in lies, hypocrisy, and crime, this is one of the reasons my blog has been one of the successful blogs, attracting readers worldwide from over 185 countries.

With the Dutch Micro-Surgeon and scientist, Johan Van Dongen, we shall continue to profit from the weakness and incompetence of the foreign media, (Europe and America) to give the general public hungry for the truth over Aids and Ebola.

We are putting on the Armour of truth, just like last year, without changing our identities and style of writing. T

hose so-called super powers, World Health Organization and Center for Diseases Control fighting hard to cover up those medical crimes in Africa, should bow their heads in shame and ask God for forgiveness, if African leaders are weak, scared and failed to deal with the issue.

There are so many organizations worldwide, fighting to alleviate poverty. Poverty-stricken countries appreciate their efforts and will continue to give them every necessary support they deserve, yet it needs to be said, that effort is like going to the riverside with a basket to fetch some water. It’s a total waste of time and energy.

Poverty alleviation is a dream of illusion. It’s only a poor man’s hope. The so-called superpowers wouldn’t let it happen. How can the corrupt Europe and America pharmaceutical companies profit from man-made diseases plagued on Africans to sustain their economies?

If Africa becomes like any of those advanced continents, where would America and Europe turn to, when ready to find people to use as Guinea pigs, to test those manufactured contaminated and diseased drugs?

In the eighties, some people, including famous celebrities were diagnosed with HIV. Many are still living today, while millions of HIV patients from 1980 have perished and continue perishing.

This is enough evidence that the drugs sent to Africa for HIV/AIDS patients are either fake or contaminated to increase the plight of Africans.

Another evidence is that the corrupt Europe and America pharmaceutical companies established this plan to make a profit out of Africa’s misery. It will be recalled that last year Micro-Surgeon Johan Van Dongen published an article entitled

“Any African HIV Patient That Swallows AZT Tablet, Is A Lunatic” as a warning to African leaders.

Both the European and American governments are secretly at war with anyone who tries to ruin the profit-oriented pharmaceutical companies since it’s the lifeblood sustaining the economies.

This is the reason Dr. Jeff Bradstreet was killed, just a few days after publishing research-based on the claim that vaccines caused autism.

Just like always, the European and American media covered up the crime relating to his death and published that he was found in an apparent suicide, and died of what seems to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his chest when there wasn’t evidence that Dr. Bradstreet had any suicidal tendencies.

Living in such a world that cares about money than the welfare and health of people is very dangerous. Poverty is indeed a tool used to sustain crime.

Some of the police and judges are paid from crime and cheap labor rendered to the government institutions, from criminals thrown into jail. Do you expect this to end poverty? Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

She Has No Wings But Wants To Fly

A bitter relationship is like a toothache in the middle of the night, the experience is sleepless nights

A bitter relationship is like a toothache in the middle of the night; the experience is sleepless nights.

“None of my boyfriends stayed with me for longer than a year. I have already dated five men, but all of them are gone, and still, I’m single at  thirty-five.” That’s the statement that the pretty lady said to her friend.

Her friend listens to her with emotion, because she could clearly see how the destructive love life of Tamma has taken its toll on her best friend. Yes! Tamma has been Paulina’s best friend for over a decade, but both have problems they weren’t ready to give up. Pride!

There is no gentleman ready to date a lady full of pride and arrogance. Many don’t know how pride can be destructive. Even though men like to date beautiful ladies, they pray to meet someone humble and submissive.

That doesn’t mean that they want someone weak to dominate. Men can’t stand women who are not ready to accept the mistakes they make. Men are not perfect either and are ready to accept mistakes, but many times, women are not prepared to accept mistakes because of pride.

It’s a big mistake if you think the dress you wear makes you a lady. Humbleness, respect, a smile, and good character are some of the qualities men look for in women.

Believe me, if you are a woman and don’t have any of these qualities, you are bound to face many obstacles in your relationship. Don’t let your beauty deceive you. You will surely get the man you are looking for today, but you’ll find yourself alone in bed tomorrow.

No matter how beautiful and intelligent you are, don’t let pride overtake you. Without wings, you may feel like a bird flying high, but at the end of the day, you’ll find yourself at the same place you started. Do away with pride and arrogance, and enjoy a better relationship.

Tourism: Step Into The Paradise Taste Of Tropical Fruits In Ghana

Home sweet home: Joel Savage enjoys the sweet juicy coconut water

Home sweet home: Joel Savage enjoys the sweet, juicy coconut water

The axiom, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,” might have originally been conceived by a domestic idealist who knows the truth. Working hard without a break can affect your health. The impact can take its toll on you.

This is the reason I decided to visit my mother at the age of 80, in Ghana, after five years. Seeing her grey hair, but strong and healthy, boosted my happiness. In my daily prayers, I always ask God to give her a long life, to enjoy the fruits of her labor, and it seems He has answered my prayers.

My mother, after losing her husband at the age of 44 in 1976, without any support, took the responsibility alone to make sure that we were fed, clothed, accommodated, and educated.

In Ghana, I visited many places, including the Cape Coast Castle, in the central region of Ghana, and some villages, such as ‘Akatechiwa’, which has an intriguing story leading to the village’s name. I will be sharing all the interesting articles pertaining to my visit with you very soon on social media.

Apart from my adventure and exploration, I enjoyed the fresh tropical fruits, such as coconut, mango, sweet apple, etc. Many in foreign countries, such as Europeans and Americans, may have the experience of tasting juicy canned tropical fruits, but nothing compares to the original fresh taste of tropical fruits taken moments from the trees in Ghana or Africa generally.

Many Europeans and Americans make a trip to Ghana to explore its ancient castles and forts, and some have finally settled in the country, saying goodbye to Europe and America. Don’t let the foreign media deceive you. Be part of those visiting Ghana.

The Coconut Tree: I know that there are thousands of readers interested in the non-fiction genre of books; thus, one of my goals is to share my non-fiction books through the diversity of culture. My utterly compelling collections are destined to capture the reader’s attention and interest, to learn about other people’s culture and heritage.

My books are in the categories of travel, immigration, health, and entertainment. The personal account of the stories reflects on the places I visited in Africa, such as Ghana, Guinea, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Togo, Benin, and Gambia. And in Europe, it’s about life in Barcelona, Spain, Aarhus, Denmark, England, Amsterdam, Holland, Rome, Italy, and Antwerp, Belgium.

The African stories act like a guide to European and American tourists. The books will teach you how to avoid being a victim of thieves, armed robbers, and immigration crooks, who prey on nationals and foreigners, while the European stories teach Africans how to survive in Europe, without papers and crime.

Is Ghana’s Obinim Among The Many False Prophets That Will Arise and Deceive People?

The founder of International God’s Way Church, Daniel Obinim, claims has powers to heal.

The founder of International God’s Way Church, Daniel Obinim, claims to have powers to heal.

“Cast thy bread upon the waters, for thou shalt find it after many days, and bring one-tenth of your income into the storehouse, so that there may be food in my house. Test me in this way,” says the Lord of Armies. “See if I won’t open the windows of heaven for you and flood you with blessings.”

These are some of the Biblical quotations that have inspired and generated a chain of fake pastors, churches, prophets, and bishops, deceiving the people continually around the world.

Has God’s house become a den of thieves, criminals, cheats, adulterers, fornicators, and liars in Ghana? Ghana is known to be one of the most peaceful and God-loving countries in West Africa, with a number of mosques and churches.

But the sudden rapid increase of mushroom churches throughout the nation demands if the church truly cares about the poor, the afflicted, and those with diverse problems, or is an institution of a profit-oriented business.

In my recent visit to Ghana, there was no place I freely passed, without seeing an advert or post boards of pastors, bishops, and prophets, which reminded me of one of the prophecies of Jesus Christ: “Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.” Matthew 24:4-5, King James Version.

Among a multitude of pastors in Ghana is one called ‘Bishop’ Daniel Obinim, who claims to have powers to heal and heads a church known as ‘International God’s Way Church. Ghanaians are very intelligent people, yet I couldn’t find the reason many people have lost their intelligence to follow someone called Daniel Obinim.

The kowtowed so low to sleep with one of his associate pastor’s wives, one who claims of healing an impotent man by holding his penis and stomping a pregnant woman’s belly, during church service, talks of her wife’s vagina, and is involved in other deceitful acts.

What has happened to Ghana, this great nation? On the television, I couldn’t believe my ears, Obinim tells the congregation that he has powers to visit people in their dreams, when the great redeemer or messiah, Jesus Christ, who the storm obeys his voice, didn’t even visit any of his followers, whether dead or alive, in their dreams.

It’s a fact that some people are using God’s name to steal, confuse, cheat, and sleep with members of the church. Is Obinim one of them? Are Bishop and Prophet now titles that everyone who claims to serve God can confer on themselves?

The need to ask this question is necessary because the prophets and bishops in Ghana are now too numerous to count, when the Bible gives reference to a few people as major and minor prophets.

Jesus Christ suffered all kinds of persecution but never insulted or cursed anyone. He was oppressed and afflicted, and like a lamb, he was led to the slaughter, without opening his mouth, yet Obinim, who claims his powers were given to him by Jesus, on national television, insults and uses profane words on anyone who challenges his claims, including the former head of state, John Jerry Rawlings.

How can Ghanaians take such a person seriously to generate such multitudes of followers? Something is wrong in Ghana.

Opinion

In the time of the apostles, there was a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people. When the apostles were being mistreated, he stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little while.

He said to them, “Men of Israel, take care what you propose to do with these men. For some time ago, Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody, and a group of about four hundred men joined up with him.

But he was killed, and all who followed him were dispersed and came to nothing. After this man, Judas of Galilee rose up in the days of the census and drew away some people after him; he too perished, and all those who followed him were scattered.”

“Now there was a man named Simon, who formerly was practicing magic in the city and astonishing the people of Samaria, claiming to be someone great; and they all, from smallest to greatest, were giving attention to him, saying, “This man is what is called the Great Power of God.” Unfortunately, he also perished.

Standing on Gamaliel’s words, if Daniel Obinim claims that his powers were from God or Jesus, then he will surely survive, but if they are demonic, magic, occultism, or voodoo, then Ghanaians will live to see the painful and disgraceful end of all fake pastors, for misusing God’s name to exploit their ignorant followers.

Envisage Your Future In 2016

What do we learn in every old year to live better in the new year?

What do we learn every old year to live better in the new year?

Within a relatively short period from December 31, 2015, to January 1, 2016, many people couldn’t make this cross-over. Through various reasons, including sickness, they lost the battle to see the year 2016.

There is no doubt that we all had both positive and negative experiences last year, but since you’ve made it to the new year, what are your hopes, dreams, and aspirations? I strongly believe that your dreams can be a reality in the year 2016.

How prepared to improve the sour relationship with the members of your family? How prepared to change your bad habits to enjoy your professional career? How prepared to be humble and respectful, to get the right gentleman or lady as your partner?

How prepared to make this world a better place for our present and future generations, in a world where many think violence, crime, and terrorism are the only solutions for common problems? We can’t remake the world, but our good deeds can change it.

There is every reason to be happy among those who made it to the new year. Your success, happiness, destiny, and good health are in your own hands. Don’t commit any crime when you know that you will be punished, and don’t live in the realms of destructive drugs when you know they may affect your health.

Instead of blaming others for the destruction of the world, we should take it upon ourselves to restore our nation’s dignity. “Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.” 2 Corinthians 13:11.

Leave The Problems Behind And Take A Positive Step Into The Year 2016

Happiness and togetherness is all that we need to make this world beautiful

Happiness and togetherness are all that we need to make this world beautiful.

Many are struggling to overcome anxiety disorder, fear, and uncertainty, only to get disappointing results, because crime, violence, and terrorism are taking away our peaceful and happy moments.

The problem is that most people find it hard to overcome their fears because it’s part of who they are. That’s actually a mistake. “No one drinks medicine on behalf of a sick person,” a Ghanaian proverb, meaning your happiness is in your own hands.

At times, sadness, loneliness, and depression make us feel miserable and scared because we don’t know what tomorrow may bring.  If you take a wider view of things, you could discover that dating and friendships seem to be disappointments.

Many are hurt or recovering from love affair disasters. Why must my dates end in this way? This is one of the questions that usually follows.

Many times it may be differences of opinions, careers, and misunderstandings, but at times it may turn out to be that the partners don’t like something about each other, especially about his or her character. Humbleness and politeness create a happy environment, but how many people are polite and humble?

Within a few days, we shall be witnessing the new year (2016). Are you going to carry your problems along with you? We often allow problems to take their toll on us rather than finding solutions.

If the blind can play the piano and someone without hands can open the chapters of a book with his toes or tongue, then why do you have to grumble when you are physically strong?

The purpose of this article is to encourage, not to discourage. There are many opportunities there for you. Let God be your guide to choose wisely, and let your hopes and dreams be a reality in the year 2016.

Poetry Enriches The Human Soul, As It Nurtures Love

By Walter William Safar

By Walter William Safar

Poetry enriches the human soul, as it nurtures love, compassion, freedom, and faith in people. I don’t know much about victories, but I am sure of one thing: that compassion is a victory of the human spirit.

Yes, I consider myself to be lucky to share my poetry with everyone regardless of race or religion because anyone’s tears are the same color, as well as an honest smile.

There is hope in me that you shall become my brothers in art, in terms of literature and compassion. Let it be the beginning of a wonderful friendship that shall be linked through small mercies. As William Wordsworth put it beautifully: “The best portion of a good man’s life is his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and of love.”

(Those who divide poets into amateurs and professionals are wrong, because poetry is not a profession, but a state of mind, a state of soul… Each verse that brings tears to someone’s eyes remains in memory, and the wise Jean-Paul said: Our memories are the only paradise from which we can never be expelled.)

A man’s heart is small, but it is surrounded by the immensity of its soul. Sometimes our words may appear silent, but they are certainly heading for infinity.

Read Walter William Safar’s

THE LAND BEYOND THE RAINBOW

You are calling me, road of dreams,
To a land beyond the rainbow,
In which diversity is the harmony of living,
In which hatred is losing the battle against love,
In which a strong spirit is a virtue instead of a weakness;

You are calling me, road of dreams,
To where reality is conceived from thousands,
Tens of thousands of dreams,
Dreams that feed the soul,
Dreams that nurture the hearts of
Dreamers from all over the world;

You are calling me, road of dreams,
To a wonderful land of dreamers,
But I am tired,
My mornings are different now,
Full of extinguished sparks,
And the scents of weary nights
That lay beside you now,
Just like night birds,
Your weary wanderers,
Whose passion bled
Into life’s inexhaustible well.

Aids And Ebola Are Medical Terrorism Against Africa by Europe And America

The resting place of poor victims of Ebola in Africa

The resting place of poor victims of Ebola in Africa

Without any support from the European and American media, since the beginning of this year, I have been working very hard with Joel Savage, a writer who also advocates truth, to let the whole world, including Africa, know that AIDS and Ebola were man-made diseases, or created in the laboratory and used on poor, innocent, defenseless Africans by Europe, Russia, and America.

In fact, just like the fight against terrorism continues unabated, we (Dongen and Savage) will also continue to establish the truth that AIDS and Ebola were indeed medical crimes against Africa for military defending purposes, to depopulate and cause mass human destruction and panic on the continent of Africa.

We are asking European and American leaders to show concern for Africans, the same way they showed concern over terrorism in France or in any part of the world. It’s pure hypocrisy for Europe and America to hunt perpetrators of terrorism when they are free after committing the same terrorist acts in Africa.

Professor Dongen's research on Aids and Ebola as medical crimes against Africa was first published in Dutch, before translation

Professor Dongen's research on AIDS and Ebola as medical crimes against Africa was first published in Dutch before translation.

Again, it’s pure hypocrisy for Europe and America to hunt down the perpetrators of Nazi crimes when those who committed the medical crimes are enjoying their lives with impunity.

Do we have to ask? Is it because medical terrorism against Africa was committed many years ago, while terrorism is freshly taking place in Europe and America?  If the answer is yes, then there is no law, and if there is, then the law is an ass or raped.

WHO IS JOHAN VAN DONGEN?

Dongen is a Dutch microsurgeon/scientist and a former lecturer at one of the universities in the Netherlands. At the age of 48, he lost his job because of revealing the truth about AIDS and Ebola as man-made viruses, which were created in the laboratory as a means to depopulate Africa.

After decades of his research, he immediately published a book about those medical crimes in the native language in Holland.

Since Europe, America, Russia, the World Health Organization, and the Centers for Disease Control want to cover up those medical crimes, Holland didn’t take Professor Dongen’s publication lightly. What was his ‘crime’? He was considered a whistleblower.

After losing his post as a lecturer, microsurgeon Dongen stood tall, brave, and firm to fight the authorities in his native Holland, since his research had been confirmed by other brave scientists that AIDS and Ebola were indeed medical crimes against Africa.

After many lawsuits against his professional life, the Dutch authorities crippled him financially as one of the measures to stop him from bringing out the truth.  “Joel Savage, I lost everything, but not my brain and my wife,” says Professor Johan Van Dongen.

At his ripe age, Dongen still continues to fight for the truth, penniless, by using social media. Whatever wrong is happening to us today, including terrorism, was caused by man.  The wages of sin are death, and whatever a man sows, the same he shall reap. We are against terrorism and other crimes, but many have failed to realize that whatever is happening to us today was the result of the evil deeds planted by Europe and America.

Professor Johan Van Dongen’s research on AIDS and Ebola medical crimes in Africa was first published in Dutch before being translated.

The media knows this very well, but they will not publish it to ‘tarnish’ their image or cause someone to lose his job; instead, they keep on killing and making things difficult for those standing up for the truth.

Since AIDS, Ebola, and other medical crimes occurred, many scientists have lost their lives in strange circumstances. The latest is Dr. Jeff Bradstreet: after claiming that vaccines caused autism, the doctor was found dead.

The media claimed that in an apparent suicide in North Carolina, Bradstreet died of what seems to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest. Found in the Rocky Broad River in Chimney Rock on June 19 by a fisherman.

In a world of white-collar liars and criminals, that’s what we often hear, and the European and American media have also inherited the same disease: The Lying Syndrome.

We are never pleased with terrorism taking place around the world because violence doesn’t pay. In fact, like every human being, we feel the pain for victims of terrorism, even though no one cares about Africans, yet we shall use social media to discourage this act of violence that some extreme groups are using to get their voice heard.

But while we are showing concern over the lives of innocent victims killed by terrorists, the world should also show concern over the plight of Africans to bring those responsible to face the law or justice.

PRAY WITHOUT CEASING

Worshippers showing their faith in God

Worshippers showing their faith in God

We often read ‘Pray without ceasing,’ but how seriously do we consider this statement? Imagine if a car, after running thousands of kilometers, needs servicing, lubrication, and changing of engine oil, etc, to run efficiently, what is the spiritual strength of a human being, who eats and sleeps daily without prayers, to boost his spiritual life against temptation, sins of the flesh, and bad spiritual forces?

Scholars, atheists, scientists, and non-believers continue to tamper with the doctrines of the gospel, twisting and changing facts, just to put people astray and ruin society as we witness today. But don’t be surprised because the prophecy in the Bible about such events must be fulfilled.

Everyone is after money, fame, and material things because the mind is polluted to believe that money is the only thing that can give mankind satisfaction.

Money is good, but can’t buy one peace and happiness. In fact, the love for money has generated crime and brought immorality to the internet and television through bad advertisements.

What shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? The scripture says, ‘Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.’- Luke 21:33. Then again: ‘Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.’- Matthew 6:33.

Like changing clothes daily, prayer should be part of our lives. How inefficient a farmer could be without farm equipment? If prayer isn’t necessary to keep us strong in times of sadness or temptation, Jesus wouldn’t have said to the tempter, “It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4.

Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28. If everything fails, try Jah’s love and see the result.

Don’t turn to God only when you have difficulties or want something. Let that faith you have in Him inspire you to read the Bible and pray without ceasing.

You will definitely see your progress, prosperity, and success pouring like a ripe fruit falling and spreading under the tree.

The Truth About Jesus: He Is Still Alive

Jesus loves children

Jesus loves children

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

That’s one of the numerous quotes from Jesus, recorded in Matthew 7:7-8. Apart from “Love thy Neighbor as thyself,” I consider this particular quote recorded in Matthew 7:7-8 as one of the most powerful gospel quotes by Jesus.

Imagine, can you know the deliciousness of food when you haven’t tasted it? Without making a journey to a place, how can you know the beauty of that place, because pictures aren’t enough?

Without reading the Bible to understand the gospel, to seek the face of Jesus, how can you know him? It’s necessary to search for something before you can find it, isn’t it?

Again, when you need something without asking, how do you receive it? And when you are entering the house of your neighbor, you may stand behind the door for hours, if you don’t knock on the door to be welcomed. “Blessed are pure of heart, for they shall see God.”

If you want to know someone, then let it be your goal to search for ample information about that person. The same applies to Jesus; if you search for him, you will not only know about him but you will find him.

For The Discerning Reader In Love With Diversity Of Culture

Joel Savage

Once a journalist asked Chinua Achebe, one of Africa's greatest and internationally known writers, the reason he hasn't written any book about Europe and America. Achebe responded by saying that a lot has already been written about those two continents.

Yes, there are thousands of European and American writers, but only a few write about Africa. The reason my articles and books reflect on my culture as an African, that living in Europe for many years.

I know that there are thousands of readers interested in the non-fiction genre of books; thus, one of my goals is to share my non-fiction books through the diversity of culture. My utterly compelling collections are destined to capture the reader's attention and interest, to learn about other people's culture and heritage.

My books are in the categories of travel, immigration, health, and entertainment. The personal account of the stories reflects on the places I visited in Africa, such as Ghana, Guinea, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Togo, Benin, and The Gambia. And in Europe, it's about life in Barcelona, Spain, Aarhus, Denmark, England, Amsterdam, Holland, Rome, Italy, and Antwerp, Belgium.

The African stories act like a guide to European and American tourists. The books will teach you how to avoid being a victim of thieves, armed robbers, and immigration crooks, who prey on nationals and foreigners, while the European stories teach Africans how to survive in Europe, without papers and crime.

Many ask the reason some of my books have sad titles. Each title reflects on the story, but the books have their humorous part too. Explore the humane, captivating, and emotional account of Joel Savage's books, which will keep you turning the pages late into the night.

Wishing everyone, including readers, authors, and writers, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Great Men Knocked Down By Women: Will It Ever Come To An End?

Great men in sex scandals: Top, from left to right, Bill Clinton, John Profumo, Kobe Bryant and below, from left to right, Mike Tyson, Tiger Woods and Jeffery Archer

Great men in sex scandals: Top, from left to right, Bill Clinton, John Profumo, Kobe Bryant, and below, from left to right, Mike Tyson, Tiger Woods, and Jeffrey Archer.

Newspapers often come out with stories of great people, including politicians and celebrities, in sex scandals, turning their lives upside down. Because they weren’t strong enough to control their sexual desire or too weak to resist the charm and power of attractive ladies.

From Biblical times, there are stories of infidelity and adultery, putting many great men in the worst positions.

One of such stories recorded in the scriptures is that of King David, a composer, the author of the book of Psalms. He couldn’t control his desire after seeing Uriah’s wife through his window, taking her bath.

After failing to persuade Uriah to sleep with his wife, to concede his sin and pregnancy of Bathsheba, David sent Uriah to the hottest part of a battlefield to get him killed. God severely punished David for his sinful act, and the child died after birth.

Giving examples of Biblical records of great men involved in sex scandals wouldn’t be intriguing, so let’s shift to our past and present generations.

On June 5, 1963, British Secretary of War John Profumo resigned his post after confessing that he had lied to the House of Commons about his sexual affair with Christine Keeler, an alleged prostitute. The scandal didn’t affect him alone but threatened to topple Prime Minister Harold Macmillan’s government.

A couple of years ago, it was revealed that former President of the USA, Bill Clinton, was involved in an affair with a former staff of White House staff member, Monica Lewinsky.

I watched as people argued that the story couldn’t be true. Is Clinton different from other great men women have brought to their knees?

To make matters worse, after Clinton denied having any relationship with Monica, he later admitted to having sexual intercourse with Monica Lewinsky.

What about the boxer Mike Tyson? He was convicted and jailed for raping Desire Washington. According to the story, Tyson invited her to his hotel room. To do what behind closed doors?  Later, Mike Tyson was convicted of rape.

Many believe that Desire lied about being raped by Tyson; unfortunately, not everyone believes that. Mike Tyson served his prison sentence but never became the Iron Mike he used to be.

In one of his fights, after coming from prison, frustrated Tyson bit the ear of Evander Holyfield. They say the downfall of a man is not the end of his life, but at times, some events and situations can be destructive.

Some years back in Britain, the famous British novelist Jeffrey Archer won a libel suit against the Sun newspaper for an article about him sleeping with a prostitute. According to Mr. Jeffery Archer, the story was untrue, and it damaged his reputation.

The author of ‘Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less’ was finally exposed. He admitted to having asked a friend to lie on his behalf to conceal the truth. So he really did sleep with a prostitute.

The startling new revelation affected Jeffery Archer such that he stepped down from contesting the seat as the mayor of London. Oh, what a shame!

On September 1, 2004, the criminal sexual assault case against Kobe Bryant, the NBA star, was dropped by the prosecutors because the accuser no longer wanted to participate in the court process.

This was after Kobe Bryant was charged with sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman in a Colorado hotel where she worked. The question is, “Why is it that the mighty keep falling from the hands of women?” Is it lust, lack of control, or temptation that is causing these problems? I can’t really unfold the mystery behind this.

One such news about men involved in sex scandals, which shocked the world, was the case of the successful golfer, Tiger Woods.

With such a great career, leading him to all the corners of the world and winning great tournaments, the married man lost focus and hit the golf ball into the underwear of porno stars, severely damaging his reputation and career.

I am a man, therefore I know the comfort and satisfaction at that place which belongs to a woman, but I am aware of the dangers and temptations, especially if you are a married man.

According to the scriptures, God places people in situations where He tests their faith and commitment.  Why does God test us when He knew the man would fail?

Is man trying to get back the rib God used to create the Eve-woman, while the woman fights hard to keep it? If God really tests man, then a man should pass the trial by not falling into temptations, because He also gave man the power to resist temptation. In this case, a man shouldn’t blame God or a woman for his failure.

Another question worth bringing to the table is: Can these bitter stories serve as a lesson to other men? Time will tell, but I don’t think so.

Men will always drift into danger since the body is weak to resist temptation; moreover, Satan is like a hungry lion, lurking around the corner, looking for its next victim to devour, but we mustn’t allow him to catch us.

The Heart Has No Colour, No Country, No Religion, No Sex

Andrea: Her wise comment inspired me to write this article

Andrea: Her wise comment inspired me to write this article

I do write a lot, but I have to admit that some of my writings were created from the comments of readers or my followers. As writers or bloggers, when we read comments on articles, how seriously do we take them, ponder over them to see their usefulness, significance, and effect?

Many argue that it’s not good to comment, but I say that It’s good to comment on articles, but if you don’t have anything significant to say, please shut your mouth, because your comment can give you the respect you deserve, and the same comment can put you into a very big trouble, because of the bad things you said.

Believe me, some comments are worth more than silver and gold. It can change one’s life and the way you think, especially if you don’t have any love in your heart for someone.

There are many problems, and almost all these problems were caused by man. Pride, superiority, and racism are some of the problems tearing our society apart today, yet no one wants to be called a racist.

Recently, I posted an article captioned “Who Says There Is No Happiness Or Love In Africa?” The fact that Africa is a continent that has suffered a lot of wars, ethnic conflicts, slavery, and man-made diseases, leads many to think that they don’t have a love for each other.

Frankly speaking, a poor African can easily share his food with a friend, than a rich man in a developed country.

This particular article I wrote didn’t generate much comment, but the only comment I had was awesome and inspiring. It touched my soul to read it over and over, allowing it to germinate in me, to add it to the little I have and share it with others.

According to blogger Andrea, who runs this Italian blog.

Each person has a heart, and in each heart there is Love.

So every one of us has love in his/her heart.

The heart has no colour, no Country, no religion, no sex.

So Love has no colour, no Country, no religion, no sex.

Too many times, unfortunately, people forget to be human and have a heart…

I hope everyone agrees with me that this quotation or comment is awesome and carries wisdom. Thank you, Andrea.
